Trident Udaipur

This is probably the best hotel I've stayed in, in my entire life, even surpassing hotels like The UdaiVilas, Udaipur and The Atlantis, Dubai. The hospitality is way too good and I fall short of words to describe it. Trident Udaipur is so very beautiful and everything is top notch but nothing beats the service and quality. They made us feel at home and my 4-year-old niece was given a royal treatment. The service at their restaurant Aravalli was way above excellent. While having lunch, we had ordered for Black dal but they prepared yellow dal by mistake and just because we were made to wait for sometime, they waived off the charge for both the items. Whatever my niece wanted, they gave us all without charging a single penny. Very very child friendly hotel. They even let us have the soups, salads and desserts from the buffet while we ordered for a-la-carte. The property is so beautiful; we even spotted peacocks in the garden. The pool area is lovely too; we had a great time there. Everyone is extremely friendly and kind. I’d like to especially thank Mr. Mahi, Mr. Rijo, Mr. Tiwari, Mr. Surajbhan and Mr. Bhanu. I’m sorry if I’m forgetting a few names. You all are valuable assets for the Oberoi group. Thank you for such a wonderful & memorable stay. We would love to return to Udaipur only to stay at the Trident!

While enjoying dinner few attendant was decldicately serving us and make us comfortable in ordering anything in or out side the menu. Few preparation which sent by chef was also finger licking good. Trident Udaipur is amazing.... at first we has some problem checking in Trident Udaipur as they were not aware that i had an guaranteed upgrade of my room but later they gave me an upgraded room from Pool View to Aravali View... Now there was one more problem... the room was a little small so i again complaint to the reception about it I having my Birthday Trident Udaipur Manager Mr. Lee gave me a Suite room and also decorated my room with Ballons and towels... they also arranged a Birthday Cake in my room at night and A special dinner table with candles and A Cake... Trident Udaipur has the best service and the most trained nd polite staff who are always on their tows to survey u... I personally like Trident Udaipur and would like to stay again when ever I am in Udaipur again....

Trident Udaipur is one of the best hotel and that too not very expensive. The property is on the lake pichola and the room view be it garden or pool is awesome. Trident Udaipur have a small jungle track for the kids to Bara Mahal (property adjacent to Oberoi Udayvillas) and a very good Kids play area right next to pool. The gardens are huge for one to jog in the morning, play football with kids, sit and read books on the bench. Trident Udaipur also have a boat ride on lake Pichola and the captain cum guide explain the history of the surrounding monuments. Trident hotel also arrange for the meal for two on the lake on request and nothing can be more romantic to have a sunset meal on the boat with private butler. A must visit property for every type of traveller.

Had a pleasant stay in Trident. The trip began nicely with super quick check-in process. The room was super clean and artistically done. The location is good with a part of Trident Udaipur being on the banks of lake Pichhola although the Udayvillas is better placed and gets more prominence. Gardens and pool are quite good with different birds chirping all day and peacock's doing the rain dance. The food however was on average side and not at all justified the expensive menu card. Would recommend exploring better food options outside to satisfy food cravings. Overall delighted by the overall stay and would rate the experience at 4 out of 5.

the area was very nice..it is in the main city, so it was comfortable to go anywhere because almost all places are near by...and from inside, Trident Udaipur was providing good services and that were on time, so no problem at all..i guess its good for families and couples as the rooms were good in size and the cleanliness part was up to the mark..or i say on the top...the lobby was very well maintained and blend with traditional Rajasthani Decor...and the exterior view was just the fantastic...Trident Udaipur has a fantastic Royal look or i say Maharaja type view...

Simply awesome.... it s the best luxury stay in its price range.. from staff to service everything is of high class. we never had any complain whatsoever. The architecture, interiors and the landscaping is simply beautiful. I strongly recommend you this hotel to others. Quality is as high that they proudly say you drink their tap waters too. The only negative part is in case if u have to stay in hotel whole day you might not get enough sources of quality time spend. Otherwise a memorable experience overall. Thank you trident

Let me begin with the staff and the service because that's what makes or breaks a hotel stay. Having said that...Trident Udaipur staff at Trident Udaipur was exemplary... extremely courteous and helpful , going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. A special mention for Neil at the bar ( Amrit Mahal ) & Aleesha at the restaurant. They made the experience even more pleasant and enjoyable. Our kid was sooo enamoured by the friendliness of the staff that she only wants to stay at the Trident always..

had an awesome stay at the trident. everything was top notch ! food was absolutely delicious and so was the service. the property is huge and really well maintained. they have a nice play zone which keeps the kids engaged. only thing which they could improve on is the kid’s meals. we have been to quite a number of resorts in india and abroad.. and nobody really charges for kid’s meals. we were charged each time we ordered something for a 3 year old . other than that, it is just the best !

excellent place to stay. very good staff. offered free gala dinner for family on 31st December. food is amazing and we chilled enjoying property with 3 nights stay. nice ambiance, kids play zone, amazing pool and gym area. best part is udaipalace tour by trident staff. Its excellent place to visit. highlight is the excellent food and udaipalace tour and we enjoyed it. nice rooms and well maintained bathrooms. polite staff, they offered us free 31st night gala dinner to entire family.

Unbelievable service , very welcoming staff, amazing property , rooms little small but nothing to complain, the outdoor sitting of the Restraunt had an amazingly superb view.. Buffet was ok but allacarte was yummy..best of the best kids zone.. They had full 7 days activities schedule for kids.. And the walk track around Trident Udaipur was so pleasing with peacocks walking around..well maintained gardens.. All in all it was overall a beautiful stay at least for us..

over all experience was good as it was my bday the front desk arranged cake for me and did my room decoration.. everyone was very friendly and caring..  As they just show u 2 corners near the lobby nothing apart from that whether u visit them in morning or night.. The room size was very small. as Trident Udaipur name is so grand as per that the rooms r not so awesome.. The garden view from the room where every morning a peacock use to visit and refresh our day

We were on our honeymoon and the warmth with which The Trident Hotel welcomed us is beyond words. Taking care of the smallest detail and going out of the way with helpful tips regarding any query is what makes them so hospitable. Mr. Mahi and Mr. Saurabh are a special mention and welcoming smiles all around makes you wanna stay there forever. A wonderful property with photography opportunity in each step, its definitely a must visit!

Hotel is Owsm from the time u check in, it feels Royal and there staff is like cherry on the top . Staff converts a building into a hotel proved by Priya from front office . She actually made my bday very special with the surprised bdday cake , flower bouquet and specially that gift at the time of check out . She is an asset to the company . Once again thank u for making my day special . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

After second wave of Covid, I visited Trident Udaipur and I must share my superb experience. The staff of Trident Udaipur is very nice, well spoken. Never seen such hospitality ever even in 5 star hotel. Especially the staff guy his Name is Ayaan farooqui, was a very professional and attentive. This is just a mention. I will write another explanatory review for him! So happy being here!Property is very good.

One of the Best Hotels in Udaipur........ Take Time to explore the property and also take the boat ride on lake Pichola....Have Breakfast on the open terrace of the Aravali Restaurant and enjoy the Awesome views...... Very Friendly and Attentive Staff who go all out in ensuring Customer Delight.......... Special mention for Urvi Mahajan, Front Office Manager who made our stay truly memorable.......

Beautiful Property, helpful & friendly staff but tiny rooms. Dinner buffet disappointed us but breakfast buffet & a la carte order was good. Hotel has kids club & activities. You can take a walk in & around Udai Vilas as it's in same premises. Best part of staying in Trident is you get to see lot peacocks, Take a morning walk to backyard of Udai Vilas/Bada Mahal, you will see peacocks dancing.

The overall stay in Trident Udaipur was very good. They have the best and awesome staff. The hospitality level is way good. Only one thing is that please improve your buffet menu because the menu is according to foreign travellers but as indian are also coming for the stay so you should improve your buffet menu.

The stay was amazing. The property is class apart. The staff was the best I have come across amongst various other trident properties. Especially saurabh, dineshwar, rahul, monish at the hospitality and rahul, hanumant at the front desk.
