Receptionist is need to be much professional.There is no one to take responsibility to attend the customer during night hours for check-in,as the alarm bell is also died .I called in advance and arrived with family at hotel late night.I ranged the bell but it was died.Gate was locked and nobody came down even after hearing my voice.By luck a customer came from outside who had already checked in ,he called his partner at hotel and managed to open the gate,so thus however I got checked in otherwise there was no remedy except go back from there with my family,it was around 1 O' clock at night in a strange city Bhilwara which could be very risky and harmful.

BATH ROOM IS CLEAN, GOOD, BIG. SERVICE IS GOOD. MY BOOKING IS HOTEL U.V PLACE WITH BREAKFAST. मैने सुबह 11.00 am नास्ता किया था, जो इतना बढ़िया, अच्छा, स्वादिष्ट था. मैने भर पेट किया कि मुझे रात 10.00 pm तक ना तो भूख लगी, ना ही कुछ कहने की इच्छा हुई. इस अनुभव के लिये GOIBIBO का हार्दिक शुक्रिया.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year old and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places

Palace UV palace is so good hotel stay at bhilwara. it is very clean and cheap hotel. staff and manager is very good person . they behave every customer as there family person. cool and calm person manager. service is fast . Hotel uv palace at bhilwara is very nice place to stay with family or friends it is near roadways bus stand its location is very good and its staff is also good its room is proper vantilated and clean. its restaurent food is very crispy and like home food..i enjoy soo much to stay at this palace

friendly staff, room is clean and near to market which is another good thing. hotel look awful from outside but is good inside. laundry and many other services are available inside hotel. nobody disturbs you and you have the greatest time of your travel with yourself.

U v Palace is good hotel for stay. Near to bhilwara bus station. Peaceful place for staying. Cleanliness is good in the room. Bed linon and towel also good. Overall nice experience. I will prefer to stay in economy rates.
