Conditions in case of cancellation
- In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount.
- If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, Goibibo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

Other terms and conditions
- Goibibo reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Goibibo
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event will the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
- Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
- User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the Goibibo website will apply
- Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo shall not refund the booking amount.
- Goibibo shall not be responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any agency, airline, transport, hotel, any provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotel, airline, shipping companies, cruise, coach owners, coach operators, tour operators who are Goibibo’s independent contractors.
- Goibibo does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strikes, quarantine or other causes, howsoever caused, and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.
- All other terms and conditions as listed in the User Agreement available and the Privacy Policy will be applicable to this program. The User Agreement and Privacy Policy are available on the Goibibo website “https://www.Goibibo.com”
- Any date change may incur an additional charge may be applicable on the new date selected by the customer in case package price for new dates are higher.
- Any increase or addition in government or hotel taxes would be applicable at the time of final payment.
- Cost of expenses of personal nature such as, laundry, telephone calls, room services, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
- In case of amendment or increase in nights of booking, difference in price will be charged.
- No refund will be made for partially utilized or unutilized services. The itinerary given is indicative and may be altered to suit the final confirmations received on all the services.
- Prices are unique and may be based on offers running at the time of booking.
