Here’s How You Can Claim The Refund:
- If you find a lower cab fare (for the same route) on any other India-based travel booking platform, write to us at Claims@goibibo.com within 24 hours from the time of booking.
- Share the screenshot of the platform’s payment page where the lower price has been found, (in JPG/PNG/PDF format), along with a timestamp of when the screenshot was taken (screenshot should have the date & route searched for, with the time of search). Also, share the website/app name with the URL, and the Goibibo booking voucher with price.
- Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will verify the details & authenticity of the claim, and reach out to you within 72 hours of receiving your e-mail. Our customer care team may get in touch with you if we require any additional information, document/proof and/or clarity with respect to the claim. Please note: You will be authorizing Goibibo to contact you via any means of communication for the same.
- If the claim is approved, you will be given the unique voucher (Go-pass) against the differential amount, within 7 working days of the claim approval date.
- The voucher will be valid for the next 6 months for booking your next cab on Goibibo.

Other T&Cs:
- Lowest Price Guarantee will be applicable on all outstation cab bookings and airport cab bookings in Bangalore, on Goibibo’s desktop site, mobile site, and mobile application (Android and iOS).
- Post making a cab booking, if the customer finds a cheaper fare on another India-based travel booking website/app, Goibibo will refund 5 times the price difference, subject to a maximum of Rs.1000/-.
- Lowest Price Guarantee is valid only on comparison of gross price payable using the same payment mode, with the same cancellation policy, same date of travel, same number of utilization days, same vehicle, same vehicle category, same inclusions and similar amenities.
- Lowest Price Guarantee is valid on the all-inclusive (coupon and wallet applied) price paid by the user on Goibibo platform.
- Lowest Price Guarantee is not applicable on select list of cab vendors.
- Lowest Price Guarantee is not applicable for cancelled transactions.
- Goibibo will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the challenge by the customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer.
- Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this challenge by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- Goibibo is the final authority for the interpretation of these rules.
- In no event, shall the entire liability of Goibibo exceed five times the difference of gross price of cab service between Goibibo and the other online travel website/app.
- Goibibo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental loss, damage or injury suffered by any customer while availing the challenge.
- Travel agents are barred from receiving any benefit under this challenge.
- Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to any force majeure events or reasons beyond the reasonable control of Goibibo.
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
- All other terms and conditions as listed in the User Agreement available and the Privacy Policy will apply to this program.
