Can my goCash+ be gifted?No. goCash+ earned in any form cannot be gifted to any other account.

Can I pay my full amount of booking through goCash+?You can pay the complete amount using goCash+ however taxes, convenience fee, additional levy from partners (Flights, Hotels, Cabs & Bus Operator etc) or any add on products (Insurance etc) might be payable at the time of booking.

Is goCash+ refundable incase of a cancellation?Applicable goCash+ after cancellation will be refunded back into your account. Please note that the expiry of the goCash+ refunded will still be same as earlier. Only the non-expired goCash+ will be refunded.

How is my goCash+ Rewards level calculated?Your goCash+ Rewards level is calculated based on the total amount of goCash+ you have earned in the current month plus last 12 months. The goCash+ earned is calculated from the program start date – 11th July 2018.

When can I avail the eligible benefits?The benefits can be availed on the latest Mobile Apps (Android - v4.0 and above, iOS - v6.7.0 and above). You can avail the benefits starting from 10th August 2018.

Which of my goCash+ earnings are NOT counted in Rewards?goCash+ earned through friends gifting, one time reward upgrade benefit, wallet top-up, cancellation refunds, goTime promise is not calculated under Rewards program & will not help you increase your reward level. goCash+ earn which is calculated under goCash+ Rewards is marked as “Added to your goCash+ Rewards calculation” in the goCash+ summary on the Mobile App.

From when will the program start?The program is launched from the 11th of July 2018. All your eligible goCash+ earnings post the launch will be counter for Rewards calculation.

Is goCash+ earned through bookings made on Desktop or Mobile website counted under Rewards calculation?Absolutely. Any form of eligible goCash+ earned on your account from bookings cashback will be counted under goCash+ Rewards.

How do I redeem my Rewards benefits?The benefit can be availed on our latest Android (v4.0 and above) and iOS (v6.7.1 and above) mobile applications only. Post completion of the booking, the user will be able to see the benefits he/she is eligible for. The user can express his/her intent to avail the benefit on this booking by clicking on “Redeem Now”. After clicking on “Redeem Now”, the user will be directed to our in-app chat interface - GIA through which the benefit can be redeemed very smoothly within a few taps.

How is there a pre-existing goCash+ earned?We have allocated goCash+ earn, based on your bookings made from 1 June 2017, with Goibibo to give you a head start .Enjoy and keep levelling up!

Will I lose my Titanium, Platinum, Gold or Silver level?Yes. Rewards ‘downgrades’ happen when you don’t earn enough goCash+ in the last 12 months, to maintain your Rewards level.

Will carrying a higher amount of goCash+ in my wallet boost my Rewards level?No. Your Rewards level is calculated based on the Rewards eligible goCash+ earned in the current month plus last 12-months period. Maintaining a high amount of goCash+ in your account doesn’t boost your Rewards level.
