Hotel Alfa

I stayed in Hotel Alfa for 2 nights in April. It is a 10 mins walk from the Lucknow railway station, bus terminal and metro station. All 3 are close by in the Charbagh area. It's in a narrow alley and can be a little difficult to find and it won't look like much from outside but the rooms are spacious and staff courteous. They don't have a restaurant but they do deliver food order to your room. Must try their Paneer paratha and tea. You can take an e-rick or auto to old Lucknow eating/shopping joints like Chowk and Aminabad from the main road. Takes about 15 mins. There is no lift and a lot of stairs to climb but once you enter the room you will be satisfied. There is AC, TV, a wardrobe and clean bathrooms. Also RO water is available. I didn't see a family in this hotel. Looked like it was mostly used by bachelors and business travelers but it didn't feel insecure to me or my wife. They are adding more rooms and the construction activity will continue for sometime. I booked 2 weeks ago and got the room**

Negative aspects: Dust was on table, sofa, bed and corner tables. Bathroom was not properly cleaned such as bathroom mirror, bathroom shelf and drainage grill was not cleaned and spider webs was found under washbasin and bathroom shelf. Bathroom toiletries such as soap and towels etc were given once at the time of check-in. No other toiletries were given. Room cleaning was not done by hotel staff daily. We ordered thali in dinner food was not hot. Mosquitos was in the room. Mosquitos repellent was not in the room. Positive aspects: We booked delux double bed ac room but we got delux triple bed ac room. Room was big and spacious. Mattress, 3 kushions and 3 pillows was of good quality. Beddings was cleaned. There was Cupboard, coffee table, single seater sofa, big LED tv, dustbin, 2 fans, geyser and 3 blankets. Overall nice stay in this hotel ..

Hotel Alfa is situated at a prime place, walkable distance from Lucknow railway junction..the amenities are good, rooms are a bit small in size though perfect for one person to stay, but not for too long as the price of rooms accelerate with increased number of days of stay in goibibo..staffs are good, and well mannered.. generator run electricity in cases of load shedding, 24*7 water supply, cleanliness is manageable too, one of the very good hotels of that area, though i haven't tried for others but have seen them from outside, and cudnt find much of a difference and last but not the least, the cheapest amongst..

Pros:1. Staff is super helpful.2. Great option as under with all basic amenities like AC, and others.3. walking distance approx 300 meters from Charbagh railway and Metro. Less than 2 Km from the food locality Aminnabad.Cons:1: Hygiene issue so not recommended for germophobic or OCD people.few stairs for lift as well so not recommended for specially-abled persons and elderly people.Strongly recommend for a short and under budget stay.Privacy, peaceful location

perfect hotel. it is full of amentities like 3 star hotel. It is really surprise h that they are prividing nice facilities in such a price. bedsheets were clean. toilet n bathroom were very clean. everything is well placed. hotel staff is cooperative but they are strict about printed copy of ID proof. overall very good hotel in comparison to its competitiors in nearby area. Keep it first if you are looking for best budget hotel in Charbagh area.

hotel was good. location was very good.. at residential area so was safe.. room was good but bathroom was not.. the buckets nd mug was very dirty mug was broken there was no light near dressing area.. but we stayed only for 1 night and we were out of Hotel Alfa most of the time so we managed but if someone is going for 3-4 days then plz check all the things then stay there as they given us room on 2nd floor nd even there was no lift there..

I booked this hotel for my parents for 3 days. They were very happy & satisfied with the services. The management & staff of Hotel Alfa are very cooperative & friendly. They took very good care of my parents. The package included breakfast & dinner. The food was really nice. They modified the Menu as per my parents' request & served hot & delicious food. Overall a wonderful & pocket-friendly Hotel.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture The bed was ,,queen-size'' and very comfortable for sleep I had a massage before departure. It was also good and reasonably priced. Hotel Alfa is located very close to the railway station approximately 5 min. I would recommend this hotel for stay

it was a pleasant stay.i always prefer this hotel due to its location and cleanness and better food quality.i usually prefer to stay at this hotel when i came lucknow.staff behavior is also friendly.Please try its Special Thall its really good.Overall its ok.Work on Powerbackup. it's a nice hotel, room is very clean. I really like and enjoy my staying in this hotel. but food facility are not available here, visited near by restaurant room and bathroom must be clean, hotel owner must give proper attention in the mattress, all hotels are using cheap quality mattresses which is sagged and give spring feeling, which ultimately give backache

it is at very good location. only walking distance from charbag railway station . And one can get auto/ can very easily for all location of Lucknow. behavior of staff is quite good. They did not exclude with guests. It may be a little costlier than others but it seems qute safe . it is located in markte place so at late evenings u can easily reach here .

Hotel was good n comfortable, nearby location from charbagh railway station and metro. i booked standard room so it was also like standard room.(ok). Food was good n service was also good. Staff were also friendly n flexible. You can go for it.As Couple. well maintained room with neat n clean hygiene with no disturbance. And flexible timing entry n exit.

Hotel Alfa is well maintained, location is good, rooms are good but quite small, Particularly washrooms are very small. Still they can improve a lot I have observed few things which I didn't like 1) TV 📺 remote was not working due to died battery 🔋 . 2) there was no running hot water 3) no internet access on last floor Overall i had a nice stay

Decent property with nice & cosy rooms Facilities & services offered are good in quality. Nice stay for business trip but not great for leisure travel. Banquet is decent & offers good value for the same. Food is good & staff is very cordial. Serves value for business purposes. Pricing of hotel & facilities are also OK. Spread was good in breakfast.

Hotel Alfa is always my preferred hotel to stay .. it is nearby Charbagh railway station, yet located in an area which is quite peaceful. The staff is professional and courteous. The rooms are clean and modern, especially those which have been recently refurbished. In short, it is ideal budget hotel for business travelers and also families.

i really appreciate this hotel. Room service, cleaning, food all are good owner Mr. Harshdeep Singh is also welcome and ask for any assistance, and issues to serve better facilities. Mr. Anil ( Manager )is also Good and provide all services from there staff earliest as possible. This is very good Hotel for solo and family traveller's.

Hotel Alfa is good hotel...just near by station and metro...value for money at the time of check in reception staff is giving me upgrade the room instead of my Delux room i am happy with my family of this type of behaviour for customer..i am refer to my friends also...for that reason i am extension my booking 1 more days....

one of the best hotel to stay in Lucknow , Location services Amenities everything is superb above all front desk mangers so helpful to customers it's like a home feeling feeling at Hotel Alfa come and stay and feel yourself don't look any other hotel near by its just near by walking distance from charbagh
