Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels

Management team: Good Leadership Team, professionally managed Hotel, found it very good during our visit in Sept 2019. Staff: Were able to understand the special requests we made and take care of them, they were extremely courteous, had professional experience, and were quite responsive and enthusiastic in taking care of the guests F&B Clean, professionally, air conditioned, well managed restaurant where one could have a fine dining experience. Quality of food was excellent, felt like it was made from fresh ingredients, portion size was good, The Amritsari Kulche, Sweet Lassi were the best we had (compared to other highly rated restaurants, lassi shops which we visited) Well experienced Chefs, also explained the recipes of some items we ate there. Location 10 minutes’ walk from the Golden Temple, 3 wheelers easily available at Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels entrance, short distance from the main markets. Accessible by car with limited parking space Rooms Were clean and well kept, air conditioning was very good. An additional 5 Amps socket would have helped for charging mobile phones.

i am so happy with Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels and my experience with Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels and its staff through out the trip. staff members with really helpful, patient and kind with us that we didn't even felt any bumps on our experience on this trip.From the food - the rooms - the facilities - to the people working there was perfect. They gave their best in the way they cared for us. I remember how we would keep calling and ask for something or another from the kind people at Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels and they didn't treat us any than perfect. Moreover, since it's location is next to the markets it's really convenient and awesome.Plus, since it's located in the the area surrounding the heritage street it's safe.😍❤️😻 Everything the location the food the people the rooms 👍👌🙆😍 It was so safe that i didn't feel any fear or nervousness at all.My stay was soo comfortable that words would fail to capture it.

Nice hotel just walk away to golden temple and jallian wala bagh. We stayed 2 nights in deluxe room - they are small cozy rooms well designed with AC , Fridge ,Kettle ,LED etc ... covers all basic amenities you need. Beds are comfortable enough Rooms were on 3rd floor .they do have lift ..so no issues Breakfast buffet was not huge spread but short and limited ..it justifies as per hotel price. 1st day they served - Poori aloo sabzi , Vermicelli, fruits, veg sandwich , oats, milk,coffee 2nd day - Amristari kulcha and poha ..rest items were same Staff is nice and supportive Ritika their manager is kind enough and will listen to your needs with a smile on her face... we requested for 4 hours late check out that she agreed for. Overall nice and recommendable stay for families. Washrooms were very very small in deluxe room ... i mean it was real hustle to freshen up and take bath as well .

It's located 1km away from temple, you will get the electric rickshaws easily if you want to take that. Also good eateries around. The rooms are good, main is the staff is great, the food was brilliant, the front desk senior manager is helpful. Just do check the room you are getting assigned as one rooms washroom was bit tricky to use bcoz of the way it is built, the other room assigned to us was good.

Amazing place situated very close to the Golden temple the journey to Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels is also very feasible from airport, railway or by road. There was a variety of breakfast options served to us during our stay. The dinner buffet also had a tasty options in veg by chef Abhishek chef . The rooms were maintained and the room service provided was also really nice.

I came Amritsar for the first time and I searched this hotel on google only, when i came in hotel to see it , I liked it in first sight and the staff is doing commendable job. The services are very quick that I have never experienced. Food wise it was very appreciating. I would love to come here again whenever I will visit to Amritsar. Thanks for the seamless services. If you are travelling to Amritsar with family, it is one of the best option to stay. It is situated very close to golden temple and the beautiful area around. It is neat and clean hotel.Cordial and polite staff. Their is inside a restaurant available.The food quality is very good *but a bit costly.*

It’s a very nice hotel at a very convenient location just opposite the Railway Station which is ideal for travelers reaching early in the morning or late at night.|The staff members were very cooperative and helped me out in every possible way.Really had a very amazing experience.

Best hotel for stay. Spacious rooms with window facility and neat and clean. Early check in given by reception staff. Staff are very polite and humble. Special thanks to Manager Sukhraj is very supportive. Loaction is very good all shopping market are near by . Visit again

good hotel at this price. room size is small but it was neat and clean and u will get all basic amenities like water kettle slippers toiletries, since we spent only the night it was not an issue. staffs are cooperative. overall it was a good experience

The location and services of Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels are just simply amazing...you can go for this if you are visiting Amritsar:) We enjoyed the properties closeness to the Golden Temple as we were able to explore on foot...

Food is okay. Amenities and services are good. hygiene is good. Staff behaviour is professional. We reached early and requested them to help for early check in, they replied in professional language but later accommodated a bit early.

Stay was very plesant. Food was excellent and the staffs were very cordial. Overall stay was very comfortable. Suits are compartively small in size but the overall experience with Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels was awesome.

We stayed in room 401 and 407 rooms were good and spacious reception staff sukhraaj and karan both were helpful we really like the service . Kudos to the management of Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels . Well maintained
