Asha Guest House

hotel is very near to the golden temple's Langar bhavan gate. just 1min walk. 4 wheeler can not go into the road of this hotel.can catch auto rickshaw or battery rickshaw from anywhere in Amritsar to reach this hotel. About hotel , first of all they have very friendly stuffs. they have room service too with some what beautiful room decoration . but no storage or hanger for cloths. rooms are too small. no window in the room. most of the time hot water runs out. but if you are solo traveller or have very tight budget then can stay here otherwise there are lots of good hotel too.

i stay here only one day. manager is very polite. chekin tym is 12 but i reached here 7:30 am and he allow me 2 chekin 4 hrs early rooms are ok ok but what u expect in 300. thanx goibibo for huge discount. golden temple is just 100 mtr far from hotel. next day i have 2 catch my train at 5:00 am. and manager arranged auto at 4:00 at reguler fare. so this is very nice and very low budget sutieble for famlies hotel in amritsar. and one thing must try sardarji's parotha ext oppisite this hotel. thankyou.

You couldn't ask for a better location if your reason for Amritsar was a pilgrimage to the Golden Temple and you were looking for basic budget accommodation. Asha Guest House is just a 5 min walk from the temple . Very courteous and helpful staff and the owner . The only thing one needs to be wary of is the quality of linen. But then at the price you get the deal , one can give that a bye. Will definitely stay there again.

nice stay room just 2 min walking distance just low price room was neat and clean bath and toilet was neat and clean charging point was there railway station to hotel tempo rikshaw will fare 200 -250 and wagha boarder + Durgain temple+bhadra kali temple. Rs fare 1400 to 1600 tavera dont eat food in Dhaba its expensive and taste less low qty and quality. Eat langar its free and taste.

Hotel was good in cheap rate and the plus point was it is so near to the Darbar sahib, Room was clean washroom was also clean hotel staff was so friendly nature and one thing was good is hotel situated in nearby market so if you want to buy something you don't need to go anywhere overall in my opinion whoever wants to plan a trip to Darbar sahib must visit atleast once

Considering the objective of visit to this Holy city,I would say Asha GH is best option to stay.Walking distance from Golden temple,Jaliyanwala bagh and you can get share taxis for wagha border. Brijbhushan Gupta Ji is very cooperative owner of the GH Basic amenities , no room service but you can have tea and breakfast in hotels which are situated in front of Asha GH

Asha Guest House was like a second home for me and my wife, who visited Amritsar in February 2023. Asha Guest House manager was extremely courteous in welcoming us. The room boys were also there for any help 24*7. The room had provision for AC as well as geyser. The behavior of the room boys as well as Asha Guest House manager!

Hotel was near to the Golden Temple and Jalian Wala Bagh. People who are looking for the budget hotel, this would be the good option. But they are providing only 12 PM - 12 PM for check-in and checkout. If anyone arrived prior to that time, they will charge money for the accommodation, if any rooms are available at that time.

Nice hotel, good location, it is nearby to Golden Temple and only 2 minutes of walking distance which is very convenient for us. Hotel staff is very cooperative. We had booked non ac room but atmosphere is nice and room is very clean. Overall it has been good for us. We have also booked a room for our mom dad in same hotel.

Asha Guest House is very nice family hotel for staying at it...Golden Temple is very near to this hotel. Jaliwanalabag is also in walking distance from this hotel. good room but didn't have cross ventilation in our room. it was neat . Just like the description given , the Golden Temple was walkable distance. Friendly staff. Even though we check-in 12hrs after the proposed time , they didn't let us stay past the checkout time which is 12. They were little eager to kick us out!

Enjoyed Very comfortable stay. Hotel staff is very cooperative. It is located very near to Golden Temple .Taxi stand and auto stand are almost outside this hotel from where you can hire taxi for city tour at very affordable rates. experience was good as always. the best part is that this place is nearest to Darbar Sahib with a walking distance. I was disturbed this time due to some other guests who were with children and were making very loud noises and I could not sleep well. rest the courtesy of the staff is very good. recommended

Asha Guest House is not so clean and not spacious room. the location is very good as it is 1 min walking distance from the golden temple and market. service is not good as they have no extra pillows, towels and blankets. when we asked for those we got blankets and towels but they were not clean at all.

The location of Asha Guest House is the plus point for it. It is just located in a lane nearby to the Golden Temple. The room was clean, the service was good as well. Only thing is the ambiance and lighting of the rooms are a bit dull. That needs improvement. The staff is helpful. Auto stand is nearby.

I booked 2 rooms 302 & 307 Much better at this price point. Although the rooms are small but its a good deal. Guest house staff is very cooperative. You can find tasty food nearby. Golden temple and jallianwala bagh is on walking distance. Its better to plan your tour in starting or ending of winters.

A good option for those who are on tight budget.. staff behaviour is very good.. they provide quilts to fight winter and hot water supply is there too.. they provide their best for what u pay.. very near to the golden temple and no issues in finding the location.. overall experience was good..

Location was perfect.walking distance from golden temple. rooms were pretty small yet clean.staff are helpful. good rooms as per the price. car booking can also be done through Asha Guest House.must mention the eatery papaji parathewale just opposite to Asha Guest House.it was awesome.

We had pleasant stay in Asha guest house, the guest house is very close to golden temple just 2 minutes walkable distance, it is in main market place only, Amenities are good, we did face any problem during stay, and service is also good, This is the best budget hotel.

Great hotel. Clean, spacious. They even got us a ride to the station for our train around midnight. Bathroom could have been better although great shower, and a waste basket was missing from the room. Just near the Golden Temple. Would definitely stay here again.
