nice comfortable place to stay the only issue is they don't have in house bar 🍻 smooth check in and check out , spacious room and cleanliness I would like to suggest this place as it is nearby to the airport so if you have to catch some odd hours flight then you can easily board it. as hyderabad airport is painful multiple flights are missed so be careful in choosing a far distance hotel as airport check in process is really slow if you don't have the boarding pass

location was good and clean. connectivity will be little hard, if u r travelling with kids and family. Room service and buffet breakfast was good. Room was good and clean, it was big. Front office is very friendly and supportive in getting us directions. safe for solo and family travellers. overall it was a good stay. safety and hospitality

Really nice Property !!! Recently started so everything is neat and clean. Though service is bit slow, our overall experience was pretty good. Dont have much places nearby to hangout as its located near some small industries but airport is just 10 mins drive so thats really great. Had just breakfast there so that food was really good.

Hotel is near to RJIA. Located is offseted from main road. Rooms are neat and clean with all required amenities. CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca is alongwith convention centre need to lower the music volumes post 11pm. Madhu at reception was prompt and resourceful. Fast check-in. Cozy rooms with all amenities required as business traveller.

Pros: Rooms are nice, breakfast is excellent Cons: CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca is in a no where location.. ola charges around 600 from airport and there is absolutely nothing in the vicinity.. no restaurants, no shops.. only way to have food is the in house restaurant which is way too costly or zomato.. clean rooms, courteous staff

hotel gives full value for money breakfast was good room is spacious and nice ambiance. Only one issue food is very costly. Also they have check out at 10 and check in at or after 12 and they are very particular on check out timing however I was allowed for another 30 minutes after request. All together good hotel

I am giving one star less because there is some factory just besides CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca. If you open the window bad smell comes inside the room. Persons with respiratory problems should avoid this hotel. Food is good. If you are making a booking then don't forget to add breakfast, its worth it...

Good place. Friendly and well behaved staff. Rooms are spacious n very elegant. Facilities in the form of gym and pool is not yet developed. But it's a new place and will probably improve even more in d coming months. Their cafe (V Cafe) serves amazing food. overall a great experience Cheers

Nice hotel Good breakfast spread and awesome hospitality. Most appreciated is I lost my documents holder in reception and they found and inform me before I know it was lost. Most amazing thing is you should try their Upma on breakfast spread I fell same taste as my mom cook thanks chef.

Brand new hotel just opened a few months before. Comfortable stay, very calm environment in this area. Around 11 km from the airport at shamshabad, away from the city. In case u need to catch a flight next day morning, it's wise to take this hotel rather than staying in the city.

A spacious neat and clean hotel with a feel good factor. Buy certainly off its prime .It's proximity to Airport is an added advantage. rooms are also big and equipped.Their food quality and taste is also good .They need to work on variety of breakfast and improve on service.

Spacious rooms and nice ambience. Restaurant and room service having very limited food options and even tandoori roti or Nan was also not available as they have decided to close the tandoor. This is something really funny with this kind of investment done for the property

A very good hotel option, which is not in city but very close to city. Staff were courteous and polite. Rooms were clean and washrooms were neat. Breakfast though limited options but hygienic and balanced taste. A good option to a stay not far from city or Airport!!!

Hotel & Room Service is amazing, Neat & clean Hygiene is good, Committed with Covid-19 protocol Location is not attractive, you will not find taxi or on-line food delivery. need to depend on hotel transportation service apart from this value for Money Go for it!

Hotel is good, actually its a convention hall but they have aorund 50 rooms. Rooms are very spacious with all facilities. Little off road but good for those who want to stay away from the traffic hassle. Breakfast limited choice but good. I overall liked it very much

I would recommend this hotel to other travellers but please check if any function is going on in the convention center as, the hall is in the ground floor and if any such functions are on, get prepared because there are chances of you getting disturbed sleep.

Highly satisfied with citadel. very spacious room. bathroom and room were perfectly clean. kudos to cleaning staffs. very pleasant room and staffs were very cooperative. thanks citadel for this wonderful experience. comfortable bed. good lighting.

breakfast charges needs to be lowered or they need to add more cuisines to their menu to meet charges.They dont offer any dessert and bakery items in breakfast.Business Rooms are good size with desk .My preffered choice of hotel around Airport

It was a short but excellent stay at Citadel .I have always stayed in star hotels for my conferences but this was on way trip to Srisailam , experience and facilities matched any star hotel in city. Thumbs up 👍 to team of Citadel.

Nice conventional hall with spacious clean room...very good vegetarian food.given late checkout also..very near to airport .Very convenient to early fliers.Ample parking space very near to airport away from City traffic jam
