Clarks Exotica Resort & Spa

I travelled with my wife, 3.5 year old daughter, my sister, brother-in-law and their 2.5 year old daughter. We had booked for overnight stay. Checkin was smooth and we were upgraded to 1 BHK suite as well which was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were excellent, neat and clean. All amenities are well maintained and staff is quite friendly as well. We enjoyed a lot in the pool and playing squash and TT. Housekeeping was excellent and provided prompt room service. My daughter vomited all over the bed at 2 am in the night. The housekeeping immediately came and changed everything in a prompt manner even at those wee hours of the night. The only 2 drawbacks which I found were : 1. No play area for kids even when they have a huge amount of open space with garden etc. They had a small kids room where there was absolutely nothing to play with. The children were feeling bored in the evening with nothing much to do. 2. The other drawback is their dining area which is quite small. In the morning when we reached for our complimentary bkfast at around 9:15 am, there was a huge crowd and at least 3 other groups were waiting before us to get seated. We had to wait 20 mins before our turn came. Since there were many people there, many items in the buffet bkfast kept on finishing very fast. The turn around time to get them replenished was not very good.

We stayed at the The Clarks resort & spa for one night(on 14th July 2015) on our way back from Club Mahindra Coorg.Its was a very relaxing & a rejuvenating experience, The check in was smooth & quick without any hassles,the room was good with all the standard amenities & a clean bathroom with 24 hrs hot water.The pool was clean & inviting.The property is very well maintained with Squash court,Badminton Court,Table tennis & Billiards table as well.The resturant serves extensive & quality buffet, though the dinner we ordered (ala carte menu) lacked the standard serving quantity for vegetable & dal. Location-just 10 min drive from the airport (we avoided the infamous Banglore traffic totally) Overall a Very great experince!

My stay there was good staff was friendly food was also good , rooms were nice clean and tidy . I liked the property very much . There are one thing i would like to suggest is to have manual lock from inside for alone travellers..Though It was safe but just to be more relax when you are travelling alone in resort in weekdays. Swimming pool was also very clean. Spa was good but the lights can be more attractive and soothing it was so dim that it looked bit scary . Also in the rooms should have one full length mirror just in case ..😊 overall recommended stay Food was good. i have booked 1bhk suite hence it was very quite you can relax.

Clarkes Exotica, undoubtedly, is Bangalore’s most enduring icon. There are quite a few adjectives that I can render to this resort - well planned, beautiful, magnificent… and really more than my expectation – in its well-maintained swimming pools, perfectly planned gardens, the excellent multi - cuisine restaurant....etc. There's much to see in the resort itself, so ideally I recommend you set aside three full days to soak in this fascinating paradise.

We were in the resort for 1 night stay over the weekend. We were put up in a Deluxe room which was quite nice. The bed was large enough for me, my wife and our 4 yr old son. The pool and slides are in good condition. My son really enjoyed the pool and slides. One of the slides (yellow) stopped working in between but otherwise everything seemed to be in good condition. Pool towels were available. I just wish there were some more fun activities for kids and adults. Maybe something in the evening like a live music show or magic show for kids. That would have made the experience complete.

nice place. really enjoyed hospitality. very comfy beds... the ambiance is very beautiful... specialy evening is really beautiful away from hustle and bustle of city. yes.. please don't miss the evening stroll.. and pool side dinner. Staffs are very polite and friendly. If you want to do any special arrangements for your loved one please reach to reception.. Gaurav ( manager) was very helpful. A special thanks to him.

Amazing experience at a very well maintained and beautiful property. We asked for some customizations to celebrate our marriage anniversary and the facility team took care of it. Awesome and satisfying stay. will surely visit again to relax and have another soothing stay. The service at the Ambrosia restaurant was awesome. we enjoyed some activities in the facilities also with kids. Really nice place to visit again.

place is good but it not a complete Resort and i had a massage in spa good massage but spa did not give me Discount as said in package they denied to give discount due to weekend food was good and for recereation they have lot of indoor and outdoor games and overall stay was good except i did not get discount on spa service For weekend relaxaction its a good place and family can enjoy the stay

This property is large in comparison to the other properties in and around Bangalore and certainly has got all the facilities one would expect in a resort . I had nothing to complain about my stay, so credit should go to the resort staff. I stayed in the Exotica Room in the main block which houses the reception and found the room to be large, clean and well maintained.

When i saw Clarks Exotica Resort & Spa first time, i was impressed with the infrastructure of Clarks Exotica Resort & Spa, it was build very well...looks of Clarks Exotica Resort & Spa were great...perfectly good for business person... rooms have ample space and very natty they were...and one more thing this hotel is very close to airport.

I am personally delighted not only by the property but also by the hospitality offered by them. The resort is well maintained with good landscaping, greenery and facilities. Food was good, location was prime with a very good service. The entire experience was very relaxing and I will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!!!!!

Stay was fin. No issue regarding any thing. Check in and check out are also comfortable. Service was good over there. I tried food and the food was good , quality and quantity both are satisfactory. Regarding location hotel is located at there nice place. Cleanliness and amenities are also perfect. Recommended.

Clarks was so amazing that I and my husband have decided to make a stay once more when we are in Bangalore. the ambience, environment, infrastructure everything was perfect and services were on time and hygiene. in love with this place. the crowd was good but yet it looked empty and we did have privacy.

Awesome hotel. I would love to come here again. The rooms are beautiful. Also staff is very nice and polite. Hotel staff give upgrade for our accommodation. We had selected Deluxe room but we stayed in 1BHK Suite. Food is also superb. Nice verity and good service.

hotel room is very spacious. bathroom is also big. resort is clean and well maintained. it had swimming pool with rides. hotel also have spa facility. breakfast menu was widespread. room service was very quick. however resort was not worth the money paid.

Wonderful stay. We booked two independent rooms for our family of four persons. however offered 2BHK independent property. Rooms are specious and very well maintained. Excellent food quality, and very efficient room services. Would like to visit again.

Nice property on the outskirts of city & close proximity to benguluru International airport. Enjoyed our stay here over the weekend, unfortunately due to covid spa, swimming pool & bar were closed. Appreciate the warmth & hospitality of the staff.

All over a great place to hangout. Food quality wasn't that good. we all had stomach upset after having at the restaurant. Besides, few common medicines were also not available in the resort. so a little disappointed.

This very nice hotel with a convenient location. I really had a comfortable stay in this hotel. It has nice service and staff. Very clean and maintained rooms. my stay experience with this hotel is very nice.

A very nice and pleasant stay, i went with two of my kids(4 and 1 year old) and didn't felt like any discomfort. Restaurant is easily accessible. room is spacious, especially kids pool is very good.
