The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.... Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Smelly & small rooms, less toiletries available, housekeeping staff is cooperative but restaurant staff is begging GM & front desk staff is very humble. food is tasty, breakfast buffet have limited items but according to price its very delicious. For everything we have to call front desk there is no any management, hotel needs more professionalism. Overall my stay is good but missed that vibe..

The staff are excellent, Lalli, Ritik and Simran all are very cooperative. In addition, the service team of Prem are also very cooperative and responsive in their behaviour. The food was very good. Overall an excellent experience. The electric tuktuk of Kaushal who stays in front of Hotel Grand Cabbana By Levelup was our go-to vehicle for local. His service was exemplary.

it was really great, the food (breakfast) was really good. overall stay could be best, if they had provided the cable connection in TV (not working during the whole stay), further they didn't provide any extra towel (1 towel for 2 adult stay booking).

Whole staff is very well mannered. we had a wonderful experience, food is also tempting and delicious. they had a roof top terrace along with swimming pool which accentuates the look of Hotel Grand Cabbana By Levelup. good one😍

Overall nice stay. This stay is in primary location and have easy access to all sightseeing places. with minimal rate they provided early checkin - that's really great as we reach very early in the morning.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well.
