stuff were very good . but coffee maker was not working, wire was broken and they were using salutape to cover the broken wire which was risky, although they changed it after I asked them to change. . coffee mugs kept in room were dusty .beadroom was not sound proff as it's next to main road , heavy vehicle horn sounds and ambulance sounds can heard while sleeping.

Most pleasant checkin experience It has been one of the most pleasant checkin experience. At reception Mr Manish ( Guest Experience Manager ) have extended his support for quick checkin and ease of process with very humble communication. For me it's customer delight experience all good // quick checking in process // staff as in Manish

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hyatt regency gurgoan seems best in class room/suits as compared to other five star's property. Staff is good from front office to restura. Mr. Ajit Rana and Mr. Mayank really take care of all your needs pertains to good food & services. Thanks to all makes our wonderful stay.

Rooms are sophisticated to 290 sq ft.we are staying in a twin bed room with little space to move.but overall everything is fine. had good time in this hotel They don't have a small meeting area.lounge is open where noise is noticeable making meeting little difficult

The place offers exactly what you expect from a 5star premium property, it ticks all the right boxes righht from staff behaviour to interiors to facilites to literally everything, and u get what you expect after payin 15k a night... overall gr8 experience

This hotel is just awesome. I've statyed here for more than one time. Morning breakfast is delicious. Management is really good with all the staffs being really polite and helpful. There's swimming pool where a family can spend good quality time.

It was an amazing experience with superb service. although all public places like pool area, restaurants, etc. were closed due to COVID restrictions, so couldn't have much out of the room experience. Food is amazing 😋

the hospitality was very good. indeed the staffs were also very cooperative. property was very nice. rooms were very nice. all the things. we enjoyed a lot. the swimming pool was excellent.front desk was very helpful.

excellent for a short stay for 2-3 nights. Courteous staff, proactive, well maintained hygiene. Definitely recommend. Only drawback was the breakfast food and limited options in in room dining during night.

Property is good and huge. Rooms are biggest disappointment, a kind size room is also very small. They also take 8k as advance from you and return back while you checkout, which is very wierd policy .

One of the superiors in Delhi. However, they need to work on Room service, truly pathetic, they forgot in 5 mins that you had called them and asked for something. Rest is good. 4/5

I am a frequent guest of Hyatt Regency and as usual I enjoyed the good standard and the high courtesy of the personnel. Rooms are comfortable and food is excellent.

Sadly lacking a HEALTH FAUCET and were forced to use a TOILET PAPER !!!! Unheard of in today's world.!!!! Even the tiniest resorts offer you this basic amenity.

Almost everything was perfect. They should have made separate arrangement for pork meat and rest. Serving both items side by side should be avoided.
