Rooms are very clean and staff are very friendly. Wash rooms are clean too.. there very small issues which are sometimes negligible. Hot water timings. they gove only from 6 to 9, but they give 1 hr extra on request. And the next one is, check in and check out timings. it is 12 pm to 12 am. But in Tirupati almost all hotels gives 24 hrs check in. upon request they will extend based on the check in and check out timings. But this hotel did not consider which caused inconvenience to me while check out due to which i have removed 1 star. But fine their rules. this is just to give u information that they do not allow extensions on check in and check out.

Stayed with family for a night. Hotel person called on the stay day to confirm the arrival. Though room is bit small, good enough for a couple and a children. Bed linen, blanket, floor and bathrooms are clean. Except the fact that hot water is available only after 5am. Pros Value for money, clean, easily approachable, lift, courteous front office Though check in time is 12-11, prasanth the manager at hotel offered 24 hrs check out upon my arrival. Cons Hot water availability, Parking available for 3 to 4 cars. No Ward robe

KSR GRANDS is Local at a nearly stone throw distance from the Tirupati railway station and the bus and jeep station. The Rooms are favorably spacious and also clean , the bathroom was also clean with hot water running even in night also Special thanks to Mr Siva Kumar who helped us to arrange car for local sightseeing of Tirupati and Tirumala Darshan Overall a nice hotel in the heartland of Tirupati with lots of eateries just outside KSR GRANDS and good rooms , bathroom , and yes they have lift also

Fantastic experience and Budget friendly. Rooms are clean. Geyser available. Great hospitality and courteous staff. Shiva at reception has received us very well. Hotel staff also guided us with the local temple itenary too. Location is a bonus at it is just 300m from Railway station and 500m from Govindaraju Swamy Temple. Saravana Bhavan Hotel is also nearby (100m). Near to Railway station. clean rooms. Restaurants nearby.

I stayed there on 25th Oct 2018. Room service was good. Rooms were cleaned properly and well maintained. They allow early checkin and check out. Very quick response from hotel support staffs. One issue was I had booked 3 rooms for 8 persons and hotel management were requesting for additional charges for extra beds * Other than this every thing was good. Recommended for family.

Overall good, friendly staff, staff will respond at any time what u want, they will give 24hr time from the time of check-in, very near to railway station and bus stop. Maintainance and service was good, very comfortable for family staty, I 'll recommend to my friends. From the time of booking they will follow up till check-out.if u want they 'll provide vehicle for to temlle.

Pros: *Budget hotel to stay for a day or two. *Can stay with family. *Walkable distance to reach thirumala bus station and railway station *Inshort, transportation facilities are very much reachable *Veg Hotels are very near by like Hotel Sharavana Bhavan etc. Cons: *Decent rooms with an average cleanliness. *Can improve hot water facility.

The place is very near to bus stand and railway station. The room is clean and higenic. Hot water and TV are available. Room service is also good. Price (600 to 700) is cheap and the best hotel to stay in the prime location. I stay with my family enjoyed the stay. Best hotel in budget hotels in this prime location. Room service is also good.

hotel is good well maintained, but am check in at night 10 pm , checkout should be next day 10pm . they are saying that you should check out at 12pm if we booked through online.however am check out at morning 11am only as per requirement. if any one wants to stay at till evening it should be taught them. finally good experience which I had today

A clean, comfortable and nice hotel, with friendly staff. Very near to APSRTC bus depot. But the only drawback is there are no good restaurants nearby (except for one), that provides good food. One has to go till Govindaraja Swamy temple to get good food. Overall our stay was very good. Would recommend KSR GRANDS for family stays.

nice hotel near to bus stand n railway station(walking distance).small room but neat n clean.hotel having lift but no rastourant.food you will get near by.walking distace from the bus stand to get bus for tirupati temple.good hotel for the people those want to get fresh n droop their laugauge n go for the darshan.

It was a value for money stay at KSR grand. It's a small hotel very near to the Railway Station and Vishnu Nivasam.KSR GRANDS staff is very helpful especially the Receptionist who works 24x7. Even the room service guys is very helpful. The rooms are spacious, cleanliness is Ok. A value for money hotel at **.

Here with I am very happy to step in KSR Gardens ,when I entered to this hotel the receptionist welcoming very nice and he is very respectable person and hotel is in very clean and nearest to travelling areas. I can say this is one of the best staying residency in Tirupathi.

best budget hotel if you are going to be only for few hours in room. clean room and bathroom. toiletries are not provided so carry your own. hot water available. owner was kind to allow late check in and check out. completely worth the amount i paid

It is one best hostels in Tirupati and they received very pleasantly. Great service and very friendly staff. I suggest this would be best choice to someone who looks for good accomodation.and just 3min walk from railway station.

Small hotel but room space is enough for two persons clean King size bed, bath room also very clean. Specialy hotel is in the middle of Bus stand & railway stations. Location is very good for food & shopping. Overall very good.

Hotel is very neat and clean. Located in prime place. Bus stand, Railway station and all types of restaurants are within walkable distance. Ground floor is under construction. If that is also completed, I will rate 5 Star.

Hotel KSR Grands!!! Awesome place. Rooms are fresh. Low price. Nearer to station and nashta centres. Hot water supply 24 hours. Very much comfortable hotel. Best hotel if you stay at Tirupati. Staff is very polite.
