Kumar Resort

The resort is one of the oldest in the vicinity and I do like it: Pros: 1) This has a waterpark included in the package which is good fun for both adults n kids 2) The room size is decent not small like some other resorts 3) Restaurants in the vicinity are very nice, a bit on expensive end but the food is tasty so it's fine 4) It also has a Game zone for kids, (₹700 for 40 coins, ₹200 for 10 coins, 2-4 coins per game) 5) Location of the property is just in the main market, heart of Lonavla. Cons: -Linen: The room linen are really bad and old and had water stains. when asked to replace was told other sheets would have similar water stains due to rainy season. Also the towels in the room very not clean. Hence, I have taken off 1point Suggestion: Please carry own Towel(for sure) /Bedsheet(if needed) while visiting property

It was my first ever experience with my family in a Resort. I thought it will be average resort after reading the reviews. It turned out really nice than what we expected. Rides are really good. The pools were really big. There are total 3 pools which went in. The stay was relaxing. You get good options for sight seen in nearby locations. Rooms were clean and neat. Sometimes it's very noisy if you sit outside the restaurant to eat. You have 2 booking options here. One, buy waterpark tickets and Second, Book a room for a stay and Waterpark is complementary. I recommend booking a room. It's really worth paying. We got almost 50% discount from Goibibo.....

Positive:- It was a good experience,w e stayed in Deluxe room,which was quite clean and newly built with balcony facing towards road, sufficient sunlight in room. They give complementary Breakfast and Entry for water park. Area of important:- Our checking-in time was 12 but we got room at 1:30. Next day they started poking us for checkout from 10 o'clock it self. Bathroom door was old as shown in pic. Restaurants serving is slow,which can be improved by proper training for staff. overall good experience

We visited on 11 to 13 Nov, the room was very neat and clean , resort provide all facility , restaurant, dahba , water park, gaming etc. Staff was very polite and understandable , thanks to Housing keeping manager very helpful to guide the location of lonavala . Place is best for Family and couples and it is in main town by station auto it take 7 min . Only suggestion is to provide some welcome soft drink and make available some car or bike facility on rent.

Value for money resort!!! Hotel has free water park entry along with stay. It also includes free access to Tandav lounge with great DJ music in the evening. They also have a gaming parlor where you can wnjoy slot machine games and bumping cars. All in all a very good wholesome experience at very less price. And the best part, it is located at the heart of lonavala market Water park, gaming zone and music lounge all free and accessible inside the resort.

Since it's in market so it depends whether someone wants peaceful or want to be in crowded place, service wise just not good and rooms were not as per the charges levied by them. Food, amenities were very good. Cleanliness was btwn ok and good. They need to improve a lot on customer service. May be kumar resort is in mkt so they know business is any way going to come hence not bothered of customer delight.

It is located adjacent to the wax museum. Thats a huge advantage. Also close to the Lonavala market. Rooms were smaller than expected in size and walls not very well maintained. Otherwise, the water park is a huge advantage for them bcos there is no big location attraction at Lonavala. Service is decent and food is decent. Cant say value for money but can say not very exhorbidant.

it was great and aweful stay in this hotel..the staff was good and Kumar Resort was neat and clean with good water park and good variety of food.And we wanted to explore lonavala so asked the receptionist and she was helpful to arrange a car for sight seeing too..so one can easily opt this hotel for a stay at lonavla and its in center too,just abt 1 km from railway station.

2-night stay is very much enough and comfortable. If you looking for just chilling out and just wanted to please full stay.. And not planning for ramming in Lonavala than this will be ur best stay. I feel good. want to extend my stay but bad luck, the resort was full. Give us a peaceful full stay and water park and game zone facilities in this price is the jackpot. 😊

Hotel recently renovated and few renovation still in progress. It's really value for money. Room was big enough for 1 family with sofa cum bed and nice view with balcony. Food taste was good, we tried both veg & non-veg. For kids it's good place to enjoy, has water park + kids play area which is big enough. Thank you goibibo for giving good discount and best deal.

Best Location! Near by main market. Water park is good with various rides but little more maintenance required. Accomodation is located in different building from reception & water park entry, so old age persons might find it tiring to walk. Overall, facilities are good, rooms are clean, food is also good! Services also nice.. Pleasent experience.

The resort is having everything from good and spacious rooms, complementary breakfast, to free access of amazing waterpark and rides in a stay. The only disappointing is, it has non operational adventure activities, electric vehicle rides, 9D show and few activities. please take care of this. Kids enjoyed fully in a water park.

Overall it was a nice and memorable experience for me and my family. Food and drinks were excellent within affordable prices. Nice to see women working in all departments of resort which indicates contribution of Kumar resort towrads women empowerment. Keep it up and don't downgrade quality and service at any cost. Thanks.

Kumar resort is placed very near to market area and railway station so its superb.breakfast was also good.room service was fast and good. Main advantage of resort is it's water park.it is superb and amazing than i was think before.Amenities are so so.its seems to like old .otherwise kumar resort is good and excellent.

excellent location , u will enjoy every single minute at this place. this place is buzzing hotspot. ideal place to move out for sightseeing s in day and chilling in market at night times. Food is super awesome tried chi.kolhapur with butter naan. Celebrity wax museum and horror house must visit.

Services was good. Check in took little time but no complain for this. We suggest that Kumar resort should keep check out time as 12 noon and extend up to 2 pm since on check ou day one can enjoy water park for adequate time. Food very costly and expensive. Rest everything good.

Place is overall good if you want to enjoy water park.Breakfast is excellent but limited variety. Food taste is good .delux Room is average but might be other may good.Overall as per money and size of property is good .if you want luxsury opt something else. Overall i enjoyed.

Great place for small kids as well adults to enjoy the water park. The stay in hotel room was comfortable, however the rooms were not cleaned properly as the stay for guests is back to back for a room on weekends. The breakfast is good. Overall a good stay. Thanks

A spacious room and nice, Staffs are behaving politely. Only think is they have to give little more effort to neatness... I feel the blanket and bed sheet are not clean. Water park is nice. Having good enough water rides. Enjoyable with kids. Good vacation place.
