Hotel Neel Samudra

I really want to give detailed feedback to this hotel.Check-in experience:As we had Hotel Neel Samudra booked (Non-AC room), it was smooth, just provided the Government ID Card & a couple of signatures. that's all.Stay:Every room has a bed, a sofa, a tea table, a bedside table, a TV & an almirah with a couple of hangers to keep all the essentials. Also, you get a roadside verandah & a chair there.Every room & bed is equally clean. Well, the first thing I checked when I opened the room door was the bathroom, and it is really good. Honestly speaking, neat and clean washroomsFood:The day we went to Hotel Neel Samudra was Hotel's birthday. So, we were provided with free Bengali desserts with our Lunch.And we really really loved that gesture. The food taste was good enough and reasonably priced considering hygiene and other factors.Staff:THE BEST!As I usually love having black coffee, and start my day with it, I just asked them if warm water could be served to my room, and while talking they discovered that I would have black coffee with that, so they offered me a cup if I needed one; but I politely denied. A few minutes later, they sent me warm water, a sugar pouch and spoon. It was such a sweet gesture that touched me.The best & friendly staff !! I wish you all heartfelt love & good wishes. We have stayed two nights at Hotel Neel Samudra ( 23rd and 24th kan ,2023). Let me review it one by one.1. Location : 👍 5-6 mins walking distance from new digha concrete beach.2. cleanliness : 4 star out of 5 star.👍 once in a day room service available.conditions of washrooms are also good.👍3. Behaviour of Receptionist and staff : 4 star out of 5 👍😎5. Availability :• Lift is available always.👍 • separate balcony with each room available 👍but 😔 there are some rooms with no window at its inside👎, therefore you didn't get the view from the inside of room as well as in summer season if the room treated as Non AC room then it will be suffocating👎. Besides that TV, Free wifi, Wardrobe, desk, large mirror and good quality bed and bedding you will get.🙂.6. Availability of Food : Hotel has its own restuarant where you can order anything which will be served directly in your room and the quality of food is good.👍😊.7.Price rate: There are many varients in rooms according to their rates but in campare with same rate with nearby hotels one thing we didn't get and that is at least one window in our room so that some sunlight may come at day time👎😐😔8. Rules : Hotel has its own rules that you didn't carry or order cooked food from outside even also from Zomato or etc.👎😔

Overall good experience , All stuffs and managers behaviour is really very polite and helpful. We stayed there in room no 311 that room was well decorated with false ceiling and LCD TV then we had shifted on another room for one days of extenction that room no was 301 not well very small room and the bathroom tap also not working properly, that's all but room was cleaned. The beach is nearly 12 minutes walkable distance. All the rooms have beautiful private balcony where you can spent in evening as well as night also. And one more thing I can highlighted the cost of food very expensiv, except food cost all are satisfied. Had a great weekend afterall.

Good to know points in brief: 1. 10mins walk from the beach but won't feel that long. 2. Beach view from the balcony is there. 3. A special mention about the staffs and their amazing service is "The" highlighting part. 4. They put on taxes on almost on all the stuffs. That's the worst part. Please do check before paying for things like food, etc. 5. Rooms could have been a little bigger but still that's fine, as they compensate it up with a clean room service. 6. Food quality is super good but again, the prices are a big high. Overall, pretty much happy with the experience. And thank u, to the staffs again for the excellent behavior and service!

I wished to get a cleaned room, but they really provided us very cleaned & good AC room. Also bathroom was cleaned. Food was little bit expensive from outer restaurants & they don't have cold drinking water which is really needed in summer weather, only have normal temperature aqua gaurd water. Staffs are good & helpful. Location is prime advantage, very near to main road (Digha bypass more), only 4/5 min walking distance from sea beach. Also there are many restaurants & shops near to Hotel Neel Samudra. I m satisfied & give them 4.5 star out of 5 (0.5 less for cold water thing). Wil visit again when we plan for digha.

I don't know how people rate this Hotel 3 or 2.. because everything in this hotel is just awesome... As per Price Rooms kaphi ache hai... Hotel Staff behave like they are your family...I mean kisi chs ka koi dikkat nhi ayi... hum log srf 2 Girls the...but humlog full safe the... They are that much Trusted.. I got Injured while roaming at sea beach... I reached hotel kaise bhi karke... And Jaise unko pata laga they just arranged every thing for my treatment... I am Really Happy ...❤️ Next time jaab bhi mai Visit karungi i will stay here only.... THANKS A lot... Team Neel Samudra🙏❤️ nothing

This is basically a budget hotel with new infra. The rooms are spacious enough according to the money you pay for. We stayed there in room no 301 and 302. Both the rooms are well decorated with false ceilings LED tv's and have sofas with glass top centre table. I think all the rooms have beautiful private balcony where you can enjoy the city in the evening. The front desk is well decorated and with disciplined staffs. The Beach is merely 7 minutes walkable distance. Moreover they gave us two beautiful bags as gifts during our check out. I must visit their hotel again in future.

This property is awesome with all basic facilities, all rooms in this hotel are equipped with Air Conditioner,Television,Shower,Gyser,Balcony,Wifi,Sofa,Or Table Chair, and some rooms have mini refrigerator also. Neat and clean good room service 2 or 3 times a day. Love this property. Safe and secure for family equipped with elevators for guests. Nice environment good location, 2 minutes from New Digha beach, straight road. The best part is Fooding that is best and very very tasty with good options and affordable rate. Love this hotel i visited this for 4th time.

Excellent location. Room, bathroom, balcony, cleanliness and above all service and behavior of each staff are remarkable. Restaurant service too can claim a big clap. All staff are humble and helpful including managers, room service boys and those two guys who served food in restaurant. All dishes including mutton, chicken and veg items (didn't tried fish items) were very much tasty. Next time definitely I will visit again Neel Samudra and will refer to my relatives and friends.

This was my 4th Time at this hotel and i should say that i am in love with the facilities and hotel staff. Rooms are Good and well arranged with proper sofa or wooden chair tables. And I am in love with the food quality served here reasonable price but quality is like a good chef food. I love this hotel very reasonable price and good quality services. I will visit again. Staying together travelling together, fun, happiness sharing food and love.

This is the best hotel at New Digha around 6-7 minute walking distance from Sea Beach. Hotel rooms are very well decorated and clean. A cute small Lift is also there. All Hotel Neel Samudra staffs are well behaved. Food is also very delicious even better than MITRA CAFE and cheap. Overall satisfied experience I had got from Hotel NEEL SAMUDRA. I will recommend every tourist to stay at this Beautiful Hotel ....😊😊

Hotel Neel Samudra was lovely and beautiful interiors. Bathroom was also good enough having greazer facility. But only thing is that you have to walk around 8-10 minutes to reach the beach. They have also restaurant facility but it's optional but outside clocked food not allowed inside Hotel Neel Samudra. The overall experience was lovely. Thank you Neel Samudra.

This is for the 2nd. time I have visited this hotel. Simply superb. Super deluxe rooms are excellent, of which photos I had posted last time. I must thankful to all it's staffs for their whole hearted cooperation and helpful attitude to the boarders. Food tastes are awesome and worth in comparison with quantity. They also provide free room service. Best wishes.

it's really 👍...the room service is much better that other any kind of hotels.They give thier best service...when I call them, every time they attend us and give thier services what I need..it's our online booking but they are no argument with us at present there for extra charges or any other budgening..no any kind of harrasment is there..it's really good..

Fantastically and aesthetically furnished deluxe rooms at an affordable price. Delicious food and great room service. Overall an experience to remember for a long long time. ...and obviously the next Digha trip would be Hotel Neel Samudra once again. Keep up the good work. Just two recommendations- 1. Electric Kettle in rooms. 2.Bed tea service.

as usual it's a very beautiful experience. staff behaviour was amazing and very cooperative. room was a very beautiful and clean and the restaurant food just delicious and reasonable too. whenever I came to digha I will obviously stay here. and this is my 4th check out form this hotel. and I will come again and again.. thank you so much 😊

overall experience is very good and amazing... 1.Location is very near from sea beach about 3-4 minutes walking distance. 2.environment is peaceful,clean. 3.Bathroom, Bedroom are also very clean. 4.Food is very testy, quality and quantity of food is good. 5.stuff behaviour is humble & helpful. 6.balcony &LED TV is included for non AC room.

it was very nice experience with Neel samudra.....hotel eticate is very nice and service is very good....water supply and electricity supply is well arranged.....room service for lunch and dinner is available and food quality was also good...all Hotel Neel Samudra stuffs are polite and well behaved...we will recommend to all the guys...

Giving 4 out of 5 stars because of mixed experiences. Positive feedbacks :- *Hotel rooms and bathrooms were very good clean and hygienic *staffs were very helpful with good behaviour. Negetive feedbacks :- *Toilets seats should have been more clean. *Restaurant staffs were unaware about their customer needs *Food quality was average

Neel Samudra is like home .... extremely helpful staff polite behaviour... Hotel Neel Samudra is not very far from the beach and you'll get everything you need just around Hotel Neel Samudra from wine shop to medicals ... firstly less disturbance and food quantity was enough for both... loved that every room has separate balcony...
