Which mahal would we stay in if booked heritage comfort room at Neemrana?
If booking from goibibo, U ll get the palace as per availability of the price bracket U choose. In case u want a specific room, b..
Which room has balcony with a pool view and how can i book such room while booking it through goibibo? Does they have bathtubs in the rooms?
Bathtubs are not there in OLD heritage rooms and next version. May be in the highest version. They have some rooms with pool view. Need to be highlighted while booking.
Well had to stay overnight as my business meeting extended a day more and to give company to business guests. It was a really hot and hectic day for me, travelling 300 kms from Noida and then spending time at factory i was really tired and heading to this resort not knowing what to expect. By the time i figured that i had to stay overnight, Neemrana fort was not the top recall as i expected prices to be exorbitant but then while surfing i found this amazing deal at ibibo flashing a discount of 55% and i grabbed it immediately. The access road to this unique resort is through a narrow village roads (a drive of 3 km approx) then at entry the bell boy welcomes and carries your luggage to reception thorugh steep slope. Check in easy and hassle free, staff is friendly, they have complimentary tea/ snacks from 5-6pm followed by cocktail over music (rajasthani folk) from 7-8pm, you have choice of indoor (AC) as well as outdoor seating. Since the weather was pleasent by then so opted for outdoor seating (do take the roof top seat as it gives you the view of entire city and NH8 lights are visible to from distance at night). It is a breath of fresh air and rejuvenating experience compared to hectic and noisy city life and gives you a much needed break, can be easily recommended as a nice weekend getaway from NCR. The place is really quite, calm and peaceful and staff is always helpful and available at common areas. From an experience point of view Neemrana Fort-Palace rooms are located at same spot as the rooms of original fort were and are neatly decorated with painting/ artefacts of contemporary era as the fort. Susnsets are something to really watch out for followed by outdoor drinks and dining expereince. Though dint get time to explore their adventure activities, however i hope it would be worth exploring too. Hotel has 70 rooms and a staff of 372 people and cooking staff of 60 which can serve Indian/ Continental as well fast food too (taste is ok). The choice of drinks is limited, dinner is buffet for 1200/- and upto the mark. Overall 👌
it was a perfect stay .!!!!.just 2 to 3 hrs drive from delhi.the form was amazing and five u a royal stay feel. we checked in at around 3p.m and it hardly took us 10 to 15 mnts to checkin.Their staff took us to our room.we stayed in a beautiful neelam mahal which was a duplex suit a room with a stair going down in the basement room was a wonderful experience to feel the heritage of 15th century.their 2as also a small sitting area and two single beds as we entre.bathrooms were neat and we also had a bathtub which added extra fun in my childs masti who is 4 yrs old... their is lot explore inside the resort for adults aswell as kids...my son especially enjoyed the camal cart and vintage car ride...everything was really exclusive A experince one of its kind!!!and a must visit place especially for delhiets. since we checked on saturday we had to opt for a mandatory gala dinner for rs.1600 per person.though we were little upset about spending 3200+taxes for just one day dinner after spending a reasonably good amount otherwise but yes after having the dinner we were happy about adding this to our total package..it was a complete gala dinner the one u can have in some grand celebbration. evening tea with pakodas cookies and cakes along with brpeakfast was complementry.. we could not do zipping but i think thats also a must for the travellers..step well is something u can leave and is not a very high rated activity. overall it was a perfect 1 day outing with family and i belive 1 or 2 days is more than enough to explore the fort and all activities.. though the budget of this trip as on a higher side but their rooms itself is worth spending to stay inn.
It's pretty hard to rate this place. There was a mix of so many pros and cons. First off, the place is amazing and if you are still wondering whether you should go or not, I assure you you won't regret it. Make sure you stay the night if you go. The food here is very good in all restaurants. Just skip the western snacks in there all day restaurant. Service here was also very slow and vague. We had to repeatedly clarify things. The complimentary tea hour was actually better here than the food we paid for. The cakes and cookies especially were very good. Views all around are great. Especially at dawn sunset and night. The room was huge and airy but full of dust in all corners including surfaces in the bathroom. Lots of climbing up and down in the whole resort. But that is part of the charm of the place. Just don't do it close to a meal. Place is not very friendly for people who are averse to steps. Tons of those in this place. Even our bathroom was on a different level than our bed. Food pricing is on the higher side. Spa pricing is exorbitant. In summary a very nice weekend getaway and very quiet and relaxing place. Staff needs to be more attentive to guests and attention to detail was missing. Mr. Manmohan on the front desk was busy with customers asking for vintage car rides instead of helping us check out faster especially when he could see the rush and that people were waiting too long!!
Although trip started with lows of traffic jams on NH-8/48, trip started becoming exciting as we entered neemrana. The town is bright and colorful. The uphill road to the fort also showed us the sign of something exciting is coming. The fort palace was a beautiful place with an even more beautiful people (staff and other guests). Hotel Manager, Mr. Siddharth Sharma is as humble as one could be. He arranged us a birthday cake at the last hour and made sure it was delivered to our room at perfect timing! Our room, Malabar mahal was a malabari treat to the eyes and body. Approx 800 sqft in size, based on malabari architecture to the perfection. A 1945 bentley ride around the city made the trip even more memorable. The food was a treat to the tastebuds. The chef, the restaurant staff together made the dinner special. The chef also arranged a special khichri for my infant daughter for her need. I thank Neemrana fort palace staff for making this trip a cherishable one.
I would it is a little-slightly difficult to reach here. But once you get here then it's an amazingly mesmerising place. The moment we entered the gate, we Started feeling royal by the way staff greeted us. What a property-amazing view, well maintained and all the facilities like Spa, Gym and Two beautiful Swimming Pools. We didn't realise that our AC wasn't cooling and when we realised it was 10:30 in the night. When we complained about the issue, Staff was extremely helpful about the issue. Since it was very late, they couldn't arrange the technician but they immediately upgraded the room. I recommend this place to the people who loves nature, to the couples who want their own space, to the families who want recreation as they have separate playing room for children, to group of friends for amazing time, to colleagues for team building, basically to everyone.
My overall experience was so so and not much satisfied.i would recommend to visit only on weekends because this time I have visited on week days and my experience is average.faced a problem while checkin they provided me solo room for my stay and I have booked for couple.they said while booking from any online portal like **** or Goibibo it's not sure that you will get the same room as they have shown you at the time of booking.its a very good property they should maintain the general behaviour. At the time of checkout they provided me the bill without an envelope.dinner and breakfast was good this time.i would like to recommend front desk that kindly maintain the same warm welcome as you people use to do in the past.
Grand luxour feel is what u get here! Atop a hill, it finds a great view of the Aravallis standing next to it. I was lucky to get Gulab mahal which was very near to the entry . They had some handcrafted swings and I couldn't have been more happy when I saw the peacocks in my lawn there. It was so beautiful . During evening the arrange cultural folk and music, which was great. Washrooms are well maintained. Its a grandeur to see palace lit during the evening. Since it was very hot in the afternoon, we preferred to visit the palace during evening and it was literally breathtaking to see the best mixtures of Rajputana architecture. So happy to be there. ☺️☺️❤️
Neemrana Fort-Palace no doubt is very nice. though it felt little expensive. the palace is exceptionally maintained and the staff is very polite and always helpful. no staff ever behaved rudely. the reception was very helpful as i made wrong booking. still they didn't fleece us and solved it in little money. the indoor breakfast is awsome and complimentary tea with snacks in evening is big plus. dinner is expensive at around 1200 per person. would recommend to go outside and have it. must stay hotel for delhi residents. though it hardly needs any advertisement. the palace is worth staying in.
good hotel to stay .....few flaws...there is no room service as in u can't hv food in ur rooms no matter what...nit advisable for oldies..a lot of stairs n inclined planes....now here comes d best part....heaven for couples n friends...india has no heritage property like neemrana...but let me also clarify...within budget till = *** k per night...dnt expect a humangous king-size room...it's way to small as per your expectations...but dats d beauty... experience the medieval era in d fort...life time experience...dnt miss it..food is not expensive.......
it was a royal stay..a must visit place.we completely enjoyed and loved our stay.we stayed in khat mahal which has a a private balcony from where we have a look of the complete fort.everything about tge place is simply amazing!!Be it be the rooms the food the activities or Neemrana Fort-Palace staff..especial mention to Neemrana Fort-Palace staff for being so courteous soft spoken and helpfulll. the evening sky view was awsome nad a muat to mention. dont forget to wear comfortable fotwears as u really need to walk a lot . recomended to all
Neemrana is a good place for those who really want a relaxing weekend near Delhi. The Concept of converting fort into Hotel is great however there is need for maintenance of room in the old heritage building. Security inside Neemrana Fort-Palace during night is no where seen making a bit risky for those who want to roam freely in the night. Food service not available in the room, Only one camel is available for ride so you have to wait for 45 mins if you have a family of more than two to cover the ride alternatively.
The shining start feature of my stay was housekeeping department. The way staff will treat you will itself make you feel like a king/ queen. I had an awesome experience with the GM himself. I gave him a feedback about room space and he took it very seriously and arranged a really huge villa for us which is beyond expectation. I really enjoyed my stay there. Only thing which is little average. Food was not appealing to my tastebuds and overpriced as well. Overall it was a good experience.
Great service.. great location.. friendly, helpful and polite staff.Fun activities and folk dance shows were arranged on Diwali night. We enjoyed it thoroughly. But, the room condition was pathetic. No TV in the room, rickety furniture (one of the chests in our room had a broken leg!. It has to be pushed to the wall so that it stood straight), filthy curtains, archaic lighting and broken switches. Does not feel like a Rs. ...per night room...more like a Rs. ...room in Pahargunj.
This place is so picturesque. I loved clicking every bit of it. Overall the palace was perfect! The staff was very courteous. Food was amazing. Service was also very good. The only thing which I missed was “room service”. They dont provide room service. No food is available after 11 pm. Thats the only concern I had while staying there. Rest everything was perfect!! A must visit for everyone ! P.S. Brace yourselves to walk a lot! ( I mean a lot )
This is a great place to stay, the best part is location, and the overall ambience of the fort, but do take note, that you'll have pay some extra penny, as there is no package inclusive of Lunch or dinner, and every thing is costly in Neemrana Fort-Palace and moreover to call reception or room service, you have to use the landline provided in room by BSNL, rest I hope you understand. Otherwise, go for a room on top, believe me you'll love this place
This was my 2nd visit to Neemrana Fort Palace. This place always attracts me for a relaxing weekend. So much to look for.Complete privacy,no disturbance, helpful staff with nice hospitality..making you so comfortable for your stay.We stayed in Jalaj Mahal & it was so quiet & calm but would like to stay in the rooms near to pool area as the view is fantastic from the balcony & enjoying a cup of coffee would be a mesmerizing experience.really Loved it !
Very nice place to visit once. I had booked this hotel on my 5th marriage anniversary & enjoyed a lot. Beauty of location is natural, but hospitality given by the staff there makes our moments amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Satish Bharghava & Mr. Sidhartha Sharma for asking about comforts every time & providing best they can. please convey our big thanks to both of them. Thanks & Keep it up, will try to visit again !
Stayed at Neemrana after 15+ years. This place still has lot of old history protected. 15 years back there were no lights in corridors, TV, wifi and cellphones does not use to work as they wanted to relax. Things have changed now as the phones work in 4 G here, you have lights in corridors an there is wifi. There is no TV which is a great thing. Neemrana Fort-Palace still has its old heritage and service is good!
The site is undoubtedly awesome. Have no words to explain how beautiful it looks during dark hours. Lights add to the beauty of the fort. Food is good. Priced a bit on the higher side but doesnt really matter when u get to stay at a heritage site. Only suggestion is that Neemrana Fort-Palace should provide first aid near the swimming pool as one has to go all the way down to reception to get even a band aid.
Everything was awesome except single beds concept. Any couple planning a visit should call them before or after booking and ask for a double bed. Good and silent place to relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones. Birthday or special occassion cakes and arrangements are also there. Staff is very courteous & helpful. Especially Mr Amit Kumar Sharma in Hawa Mahal. His services are much appreciated.
