We had booked through goibibo for three nights at a very convenient price without any hassle. The entire amount was paid in advanced. Few hours prior to our check in we decided to extend our stay for a day more so we contacted goibibo. But, this time goibibo was not able to help and guided us to directly contact Radisson Blu. We contacted Radisson Blu Jaipur and told them our plan of extension for a day, and request them to grant the same price offered in goibibo and other benefits added to our online booking package. As hotels have there own tariff charges (higher rates) other than online portals, it was initially not adjustable as that would be considered as a fresh booking. However, Mr. Raghav (night shift) at the front desk looked into the matter personally and gave us the same concession and other benefits for one more day as our previous package deal. Next, we had a breakfast package included in our deal. However, due to health reasons, we could not make it during specific timings for three days. Still, Radisson Blu Jaipur staff granted our request to serve breakfast in our room post the mentioned timings without any problem and also arranged medicines. During one of the dinner menu, we were not satisfied with one of the mutton preparation, but Chef Gaurav pleased us with a different preparation in a jiffy. Last day before checking out, we somehow managed to attend the buffet breakfast, and I must say that the spread was extremely diverse and sumptuous. We only had little disappointment with the taste and preparation of the main course dinner. Request you to add more of Indian dishes with the right kind of flavour to your menu. I would like to conclude by saying that all big and small hassles were given utmost importance by Radisson Blu Jaipurs staff and we were satisfied and impressed by the professionalism and hospitality. Once more thank you Mr. Raghav and Congratulations on your first job at Radisson Blu,Jaipur.
Booking Radisson for my stay in Jaipur was the best thing to be done. After all, a good hotel is the starting point of a memorable vacation. I booked Radisson through Goibibo and got it at a good discount. The location of Radisson Blu Jaipur is very good and is just 5 minutes away from the railway station. Nearby hotels include ***** Since it was my wife’s birthday on the day we arrived at Radisson, I had asked Radisson Blu Jaipur earlier on mail to decorate the room accordingly. On arriving, we were given a free upgrade to a Business Class room of theirs. The room was decorated with a wonderful towel art with rose petals, the bathing tub had been filled with hot water and decorate with flowers plus they arranged for a Mango cake in the room on a complimentary basis. This was a wonderful greeting gesture on the part of Radisson Blu Jaipur. Before our arrival, Radisson Blu Jaipur representative had called me up and asked me the tentative time of arrival so that they can make the arrangements well in time. This meticulousness really meant a lot. The room was very comfortable. I mean we could not have asked for a better room and service than what we got at Radisson. The check-in process was hassle free and took no time at all. The wifi was complimentary and worked very well. Since I was staying with my 5-month old kid, on asking for a cot, it was provided to us in the room which made the stay even more comfortable in the room. The room had tea and coffee-making facility as well. Iron box was also provided in the room. In the evening, we were again greeted with a bouquet of red roses and a letter wishing birthday to my wife. This was a complete surprize. The breakfast buffet served at the restaurant was very good, lavish and the staff was very courteous. I would recommend Radisson to everyone visiting Jaipur for their par-excellence service and quality.
Just checked in on 14th Aug for a night in radisson jaipur which is just about 10 mins from the airport. To give a jist of the property: Hotel- It maintains the luxury name of the group that it's from. Overall a nice hotel for family and business travel. Room- We had booed a suite on the first floor 101. It had a nice living room with a attached toilet for guests if there are any to visit along with a study table and a TV. The adjoining master bedroom was also very nice and cosy with another TV for relaxing in the bed and watching along with a very modern and marble bathroom. There was a small store room / luggage room u can call inside the bathroom to keep all the stuff so that there is no mess in the room. A nice bathtub with a separate shower and a dressing table gave it a great feeling for a nice suite. Not to forget the open glass that seprates the master room and the bathroom. Ammeneties- To the one side of reception is the bar and the other is the restaurant on the ground floor. Spa and swimming pool are on the roof top, though the swimming pool is a bit small compared to other properties but it's still worth a shot. In the evening there is a bar setup near the pool. Food- Called for baby kichdi in the room and it was made just as per our instructions which was very good to see.The restaurant food is very nice also though we had the breakfast only but it had all the variety that one needs. Service- Service was a bit slow for us may be there were weddings so could be the reason but the duty manager apologised to us. Although this is definitely an area of improvement. But for sure the staff was pleasant all the time. Rating- Hotel- 8/10 Room- 9/10 suite Ammeneties- 7/10 Food- 8/10 Service- 6/10
Everything was awesome.. but had 2 bad experiences. 1- (a)in our room basket of snacks was empty, I saw it and ignored.. (b)after 1-2 hour a Radisson guy came and asked if he can fill that basket. although I rather prefer not to use it but as makes u feel good, I agreed . guy filled basket Wid 2 items.. and (c) again asked me to wait for few more items to come. now this made me angry. I informed him that we will not be requiring those items at all so don't bring it! (d) now, at the time of check out, we were asked if we have used the remaining items which are actually missing from the basket. we were offended! I think this is something they shud have confirmed within their team first. I was the one who explained the entire story at the reception - felt embarrassed! the only point to support my conversation was the check list which they keep next to the mini bar. I. that list those items were crossed, which being a lame person I guessed coz these items are not kept here so these are crossed. I mentioned about this check list to them.. they Coss checked. n went well. well in terms of the end result. but disappointed when we talk about the process as in (a,b,c,d) 2 - got to know from my driver that this hotel do not have a proper place for drivers to sleep or park or for getting fresh. so if you have driver along your family.. rethink or confirm if Radisson has an arrangement for it!
1) Food- Best places for food lovers. i had the breakfast buffet and it was very nice, they had a large menu and the quality was top grade. 2) Location- Location is a plus point.U can easily get a cab within 2-3 minutes. 3)Staff-Most of the Staff is very nice. I dnt knw the name of that guy( he was in black suit)but he was acting like a boss or something during my checkout. He acted like a robo with no emotions although he didnt said anything wrong to me but the Manager should ask the employees to atleast keep a little smile on their faces while talking.Rest of the staff was really nice. 4) Rooms- Top class for this price. There was a little minor thing that the washrooms should have curtains near the shower so that all the water doesn't spills onto the remaining half of the bathroom. i had a problem with the door not opening maybe the batteries were down but the housekeeping guys helped me through. they called reception as soon as possible and the maintenance guy was there in like no time. 5) Verdict- i would really love to stay at this hotel again and recommend this for couples and buisness and families.
My selection of this hotel was based on its proximity to the conference I was attending. It was a little pricey but would I book it again if I had to? Definitely yes. The service was great and the people most helpful to ensure that I get what was promised. I would especially like to thank the head of housekeeping -- who tried his level best to rectify what happened to my laundry after working hours. I was certainly impressed. I only had one concern that there wasn't much around Radisson Blu Jaipur -- a little secluded from the rest of the city -- which perhaps is good and bad. Fortunately the food at Radisson Blu Jaipur is good and reasonably priced so I dined in. It would however, have been nice to taste the fare elsewhere.... Incidentally there is an Asian restaurant in Radisson Blu Jaipur -- not totally authentic Japanese or Asian -- but the chef is willing to listen and accommodate as best he can. I wouldn't go with the fish again and the chicken wasn't well marinated, but the vegetables were really good - especially the Chinese mushrooms and the pak choy.
The location is in tonk road which is easily rechable.i had 6 days of tour around north india and i stayed in radisson haridwar, gurgaon,Agra.but when i came to jaipur the firsrt thing they have argued for id proof even though i have provided pan card of my parents they rejected and they said we want something with address but the same pan card was accepted by radission group where ever i stayed. Next the toom service s too poor..it took 2hr for cleaning the food plates and took 3 hours to provide me water bottle. Rest food is awesome as well.quite felt radissson jaipur is much lower in their standards when compare to others. Note: donno when i entered and waiting in the lounge they given welcome drink to some chiense guest and dosent bother abt we are sitting there ( Am i staying free or only u respect foreigners??) .this mamangement should focus on the service and should train their staff a good customer relation management. Treat all customers equally as it is a 5 star no one will digest these kind of mis management.
We loved this hotel, the staff was very welcoming. The room was very clean and had everything you wish to have. we only staid one night for our travel arrangements, but wished could it stay at least two night's, it's worth it!!!! It is 5 minutes from the airport and I am glad I chose this as there was no point staying in Jaipur city centre. There are 3 restaurants one at ground floor "The Marketplace" which is for Indian food and also for breakfast. Then there is the "Asian Pan" which is chinese restaurant at 1st floor, the n there is the "Colorbar" situated on roof top beside the swimming pool. This place is op9en after 7:30 pm only and they the bar of course as well as the nice tasty snacks which are prepared freshly then and there, with nice music and lights and also projected screens.
This hotel is wonderful, I stayed there with my wife for one night and it did not disappoint me at all. Right from check in to check out everything was proper and in timely manner. I requested early check in and late check out which was fulfilled by them. I booked a business class room which was spacious and had all the amenities which are required in a room. It's rooftop bar called color bar is awesome. One can enjoy the drinks in the cool breeze and the beauty of the city from there. The breakfast is quite elaborate and covers the entire north indian, South Indian and continental food. food is very tasty and delicious. it provides wifi free of cost and the speed is decent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks team radisson for making my stay comfortable.
Our stay at Hotel Radisson Blue It’s home away from home. One of my nicest stays ever. A rich natural ambience, high level of hospitality, what should one desire more. Me, along with my family humbly thank everybody at Norwood Green for their affection and professional services, which I don’t think we could ever be able to get.Being a punjabi, passion is food always and the food quality and preparation was excellent and finger licking. For our dearest Mr. Sidharth, People from services are always known for their discipline, work orientation and dedication towards anything in life. We come back with so many memories of our 25th marriage anniversary at Royal Pink City Jaipur with all staff team of Radisson Blu which we booked through goibibo.
I had planned to stay in Jaipur for two days. Decided to do hotel hopping. First was Radisson Blu. 1. As usual had vallet parking. 2. Check in took time may be coz of more customers. I kept standing at the reception for around 5mins before somebody asked me what I wanted. I could have been asked to have a seat and attended later. 3. Room was spacious and comfortable. 4. Bathroom was spacious too however found the bathtub a bit small. All toiletries were of high standard. 5. Ordered veg stir noodles. Well prepared and paisa vasool. 6. Faced problem with room key card twice. Was required to go to the reception to get it rectified twice. 7. Overall a satisfying experience.
Ambience 10/10 Color bar 9/10 (Fairly Priced) Neither cheap nor expensive, Everything was according to a 5★ Hotel Market Place 9/10 Though I've just ordered a Sizzling Brownie but overall experience was nice (Service was 9/10) I read some of the reviews and found out the people there were rude but for me they were kind enough, it was a nice trip and i was treated kindly there. Services 9/10 (Overall) They'll try their best to prove that it's a "Carlson Group of Hotels" Hotel (In a positive way) Room 8/10 I still think they should provide clients with a Bubble bath gel xD. Overall experience was nice, Radisson blu is recommended for all who are travelling to Jaipur.
Radisson Blu Jaipur staff is extremely gratifying and responsive and the fact that they'd go to great lengths to make sure you have a comfortable stay. plus the amenities are top class. I recall when I went there Radisson Blu Jaipur had to attend to a large set of check-ins for some wedding I guess but despite that the staff didn't rush and gave me a wholesome experience by involving a through tour of Radisson Blu Jaipur facilities as well the lady at the desk took us to the room and made sure we were comfortably settled. besides we were also upgraded to free breakfast because of similar charges on the same. more or less one of the best hotel experiences I've had.
I really enjoyed Radisson Blu Jaipur stay at Jaipur, with my mother. Radisson Blu Jaipur was very nice and clean and rooms and facilities were more than as expected. Enjoyed the Swimming Pool Area and its surrounding. Visited the GYM Arena, it's quite a small place but I think a full operational gym section with wider area is getting ready and will soon be operational. One thing I did not like is the parking area, where the cars are left in open space, a note: Parking at Owners Risk. In such a great hotel, hotel admin should take the responsibility of parking area atleast. Rest all was a lovely and pleasant stay. Loved It
Awesome property. Everything was perfect. I like to mention Mr. Prashant he really helped me a lot and it was my wife's birthday and he presented with a cake and all. Really a good gesture. Location was very convenient and very good but the only thing is that as there was some work was going on at Tonk road. Regarding this in jaipur, Metro is coming, metro project is going on. There was some work was going on so it take some time but this location is very good because near by to it there are lots of the good places like world trade centre and all. The location is really suitable for the people who are travelling
Generally Radisson Blu Jaipur is good. My concern is with the food and Television. The cost of food seems extraordinarily expensive. One Coffee costs about ₹175 /- One fried rice is over ₹ 300/- This needs to be seriously looked into. Only two Tamil channels have been subcribed, whereas there are umpteenth no. of Hindi channels. Ultimately we were forced to watch only those two channels. Radisson Blu Jaipur needs to cater to the all the sectors. Otherwise choice should be given to the guests to choose the package. Only one complimentry water bottle is given per room. That should be made two.
Radisson Blue is a lovey and fantastic place at the Heart of Jaipur. It is located on the Tonk Road and very close to the airport. The Word Trade Park Mall and the Lazy Mozo Restaurants are very close by. The staff are extremely helpful and homely. I am particularly impressed with Mr. Harsh Jolly whom I met in Radisson Blu Jaipur Gym. He was just a wonderful person and I really had a wonderful time with him. I wish him all the best for his future career. Its very easy to reach the Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal, Albert Hall from Radisson Blu Jaipur by Taxi or Auto or Car.
A good option in Jaipur with proximity to the airport. The food and the service standards at the restaurant are excellent. The Chef was kind enough to go around talking to the guests and he cooked the dinner to perfection, and as per my requirement. Check-in was a quick affair without hassle. The food is a bit overpriced even by Radisson standards, but I guess it's a balance to the low room charges. The gym is lousy to say the least, and even 3 star hotels have better equipment and space. Overall, a good stay and will certainly recommend Radisson Blu, Jaipur.
Hotel is very well connected to everything ...and its about 2.5 to 3 km away from the airport, so travelling time was very less...ambiance was very very nice and liked the lightening specially...good and jazzy lightening system was there in whole property...room were having a lavish decor and have an ample space as well...i have stayed there for only one night but that stay was very comfortable and smooth...and the room was beautifully built with modern amenities...the restaurant area was very spacious and extremely palatable food was served there...
Radisson Blu Jaipur is wonderful from the interiors and food perspective. the breakfast spread is outstanding. it's just the services that they lag behind. you really have to wait for things...be it something you asked for the breakfast or room cleaning. our ac didn't work quite well but the chill helped us not to bother much about it. still, the AC's should work well as it becomes suffocating at times. we had asked several times for the repair but it didn't work. otherwise, Radisson Blu Jaipur is nice. a little service overhauling can do wonders
