HOTEL RAINTR33

I am from Rajasthan and had to travel Hyderabad to meet my fiancee during Covid-19 days. I must say this hotel has one of the best and cheapest rooms at Hi-tech city. What I liked - a) Sanitization process was followed properly. When I reached there, they sanitized me properly and I could see room was already sanitized before I reached there. b) Initially, I was not expecting the room to be so good, but I must say the room interior was very good. It was very clean and staff kept it hygienic. You can see the attached photos. c) I had to checkout early morning around 6:45 AM and the breakfast timing was 8 AM. I booked the room with breakfast, but it was not technical possible for them to serve the breakfast. I want to give shout out for the owner who arranged sandwiches for me at that time. What can be improved - a) I booked HOTEL RAINTR33 room with breakfast and early check-in facility. But, when I reached there the receptionist said that I would be charged 500 rs for early check-in. That conversation was irritating for me as it was already mentioned in my booking. Although, it was not charged in the end, but that was time wasting conversation. b) Before booking room in HOTEL RAINTR33, I had a conversation with them about serving breakfast around 6:45 AM at checkout day. It was the reason why I booked the room with breakfast. But, the commitment was denied which irritated me again. Although, owner arranged some bread jam at the end, but I paid for proper breakfast.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at this hotel in the last week of November. Initially we were lodged at 3rd floor, but later we were shifted to 1st floor since the WiFi wasn't working on 3rd floor. The following was my experience. Cons: 1) TVs don't work. (that's mentioned explicitly at the reception.) 2) I faced an issue with WiFi on 3rd floor (they tried rectifying it, but when they couldn't they shifted me to 1st floor) 3) Nobody came to clean up the room ( though we never left the room in the mornings and never asked them too) 4) Bathroom on 3rd floor could have been cleaner. Pros 1) Very helpful staff. Just loved their attitude, friendly and helpful nature. 2) Extremely spacious rooms. 3) Extremely spacious storage spaces 4) Restaurant food is good and reasonably priced 5) Proper sanitation processes followed 6) WiFi connectivity is great and constant. On the 1st floor it never broke and I got 21 Mbps 7) It's near Medicover hospital. Very convenient to reach. Amenities 1) Towels, soap, geyser 2) Electric kettle 3) 2 cups, saucers and glasses 4) AC and fans 5) Extremely wide table area and 1 chair. I will definitely keep coming back here. An absolutely fantastic place

The stay at HOTEL RAINTR33 was just wonderful. The staff at HOTEL RAINTR33 was extremly generous and helpful. We had to cut short our stay for about 3 days less due to personal reasons and the MD of HOTEL RAINTR33 Mr. Nitesh was very helpful. Mr.Nitesh, along with the goibibo staff were quick and kind enough to communicate and resolve our issue as we were unable to alter out check out date. The food was perfect. Overall, i would recommend HOTEL RAINTR33 for anyone looking to stay at Madhapur. Covid measures were strictly followed. Thank you for having us and I wish HOTEL RAINTR33 if would keep up its good work.

Location: Right in Hitech city with high end malls, restaurants, hospital, offices, university all close by but still not noisy inside HOTEL RAINTR33. Staff: Extremely friendly n helpful without bothering you much. We reached late at night on the check in day past their restaurant timing but they still took our order for dinner. Rooms: Clean and spacious. Bathrooms were good too but could be better. Restaurant: Have options for lunch and dinner but breakfast options are limited. Not great but not bad either. Overall a very pleasant stay..

I was initially reluctant to choose this hotel. However my reluctance was gone after just one night's stay. Thanks to Shyam Sai, for making it comfortable. A versatile person, fluent in multiple languages, made my stay easier. Enjoyed the Thali meals in noon and an order to tea is always a maximum of 10 minutes away. Just loved the hospitality of the staffs and the owner too. Great place to stay. 3 thumbs up 👍👍👍

One of the Best Hotel in Hitech City, Hyderabad.Ikea Mall is just a mile away from this Property. The Best thing I like about this hotel was the staff which was Very Helpful and Polite. Food was also Delicious. I Will definitely visit this Hotel Agian. The Best thing was the room, it was Big ,clean and all the required Amenities were available In the Room.

Excellent service provided by HOTEL RAINTR33 Raintree. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our breakfast & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and wife really liked HOTEL RAINTR33, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Hyderabad : HITECH City.

it was nice and comfortable stay, good for families. hotel building is new so rooms are very fresh. locality is fully residential so no noise of traffic and other disturbances. its good to stay here if u r travelling from south and west of hydrabad as u can directly get in to this place through outer ring road.

The location, cleanliness, price and services were really good. Only thing missing was hygiene considering covid-19 situation. Staffs were sometimes not following proper practices of wearing mask. Deducting 1 star for that. Rest to say, its a really good and affordable hotel in normal situation.

hotel raintr33 is the perfect hotel for a family to stay with complete hygeine.n all facilities.. highly recommend frp everyone whoever wants to stay near hitech City.. staff is really friendly. obedient ...nice food n great service at any time...stayed for 5 days without any hesitation...

Good hotel and nice staff . I stayed there for 6 days . The thing that surprised me was that there was food bill against me when I went for check out though I had not ordered any food. They agreed later and did not charge anything. The thing that concerns me is how I got that food bill.

HOTEL RAINTR33 location is very good and convenient. The staffs are very nice and cordial . The big problem is food breakfast all the three days only idli and upuma . There are many restaurant around so not to book with breakfast would be my suggestion The location and the budget.

Room was too superb, overall fantastic ... Rakesh person is there he is fantastic person, he always help me a lot during my stay..One more guy is there he also helped me but I don't remember his name.. If I get chance to stay then I will come back again overall excellent

excellent service, excellent safety, highly co operative staff, very polite, well cleaned, excellent hygiene, restaurant food quality delicious, overall highly recommended in hyderabad , value for money, go ahead for this hotel without giving a second thought

Nice, clean and spacious rooms with good facilities. The staff was also supportive and helpful but the only negative point about the stay was that they took a long time to respond( for tea we had to wait for atleast half an hour everyday after ordering).

Excellent prompt service, extremely hygienic, well care taken for sanitisation , highly recommended even during corona situation, food quality is also very good freshly prepared and tastes very good, location is also very good, Value for money

Hassle free check in. Receptionist and other staff are very supportive. clean room but a bit smaller than expectation.overall good experience for the given package :) complementary breakfast tastes good and of different varieties each day.

The room was clean and size was perfect. Ambience was very nice and beds, towel etc were clean. Perfect for Family, business or couple trips. Staf was co-operative and good. Though service was late but it could be due to Covid Situation.

we have a small issue with sam but the staff is very good and pollite liked rooms very well.............................................................................. neat and clean and very hygenic well sanitation in rooms

The ambiance of HOTEL RAINTR33 and behaviour of the staff are too good.Good for couple.Food is good but seems bit costly.Geyser and TV etc are available.Over all good experience and i recommend HOTEL RAINTR33 to stay.
