hotel was good,... perfect 3 star hotel.... neat and clean rooms.... courteous staff.... although to take the room with breakfast is not wise decision as they only provide 1 paratha and tea in breakfast... Located in tapovan... Courteous staff... It's not 4 star hotel because no swimming pool available, no refrigerator in room, no tea/coffee kettle in room...

Awesome experience staff behaviour was so good they all were so cooperative so polite had a great trip and i will surely recommend my known people to stay here whenever they visit rishikesh awesome property with a great staff with discipline and manners and well maintained hats off to the property owner who had assigned such a great staff 👍🏻

Good budget hotel. excellent location as it's about 200 m walkable from Mall road. rooms are bit small and cheaper rooms are located on basement with no view. breakfast was good. overall service was also good. recommended.

Hotel Shiv Vilas Rishikesh was good overall, but the rooms were small and the corner rooms have no outside view, so just first see the room and then book, overall service was decent 🙂
