Swiss Cottage and Spa by Salvus

It's very nice hotel for those who like to trek to mountains because it's located in HillTop so you have to trek with your luggage to reach the reception. I would prefer a hotel which is located nearby road, I didn't understand that it's a Hilltop Hotel.Honestly the view is not that great from their roof top, because it's full of big trees, you'll hardly see anything. Yeah, it's peaceful though. Good for Honeymoon couple to Ding-dong.I stayed in Standard room, it's very nice, very big for 2 person. Their Cafe is also very nice. Decorations are also classic. Being a Gay, I liked that Hotel Manager & a cute guy works in Cafe. Their staff are very helpful. I couldn't enjoy the wifi though it was not working at all. I reported them that. 😓But, It's a HillTop Hotel, so you have to hike to reach hotel Front office. Everybody is not fit, They don't have to.

We had a very nice experience during our two days stay at hotel Swiss Cottage And Spa By Salvus, Rishikesh. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The food was very very delicious and enough options were there. Dinning hall was arranged very aesthetically. Room service was very prompt and all the service boys were serving with smiling face. Reception Manager Mr Vijendra Thapiyal was very courteous, delightful and always eager to help with smile. Will definitely recommend to friends and acquaintances to stay here in their visit to Rishikesh. The rooms and the terrace in front of our room was amazing.

great location, this is the first thing I liked about this place. It’s a beautiful lane which some good cafes to hang around and departmental stores. It looks beautiful because of the architecture , gives you an antic feeling. The furniture’s used are very good , could be better. The view is amazing and the plantations around this cottage is very dense which makes it cooler to some extent and adds a natural charm. The service provided could be better by faster delivery of food however food is decent especially because the food vendor are from Nepal. Very nice people ofcourse. Overall, you will like it.

Swiss Cottage and Spa by Salvus has awesome location from where you can get amazing mountain view ! Rooms are well maintained , clean , and well equipped with TV , AC , ROOM HEATER. Swiss Cottage and Spa by Salvus Staff is very co operative including Reception, Housekeeping and other Staff. There are couple of things about this Hotel which makes stand this hotel exclusive i.e. 1)This Hotel has In house Restaurant which serves Non Veg dishes. 2) Guest can request for Smoking Rooms which can be available. All together this hotel is perfect place to stay and enjoy the Beautiful Rishikesh!

The whole experience was price worthy. They provided with all the mentioned amenities, also a calm and serene atmosphere. Use the swing at night to experience a clear view of millions of tiny luminous sources wondering in the black sky. If world is a book then traveling is like reading it. Solo traveling is although a fashion trend, but it gives a person ample of me time to introspect life, their decisions, their choices and ponder upon them. Solo journey makes us see what one can do in crisis, and help one dig out their potential to enjoy the trip. Once recommended to all.

very good experience. Neat & clean room, toilet. Awesome balcony with seating & scenic view. Price is lower compared to other hotels. Complimentary tea, coffee, Packaged drinking water. Make your own drink & have a sip sitting on the chair and just relax. Just awesome. But heard some sound from nearby room though rooms were vacant. These rooms were no longer in use because of toilet issue. Kept closed as per hotel supervisor. don't know what was that sound but you can enjoy a trilling experience too if you you wish to.

Absolutely outstanding hotel & perfectly located. Staff were very approachable, helpful & friendly who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. We had a wonderful weekend and were very satisfied with every aspect of Swiss Cottage and Spa by Salvus. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Mr.Thapliyal (the manager) & singer Yash to make that trip more memorable.

Hazel free check in, Ambience is good healthy hygienic. Right in the nature property is covered with ample of trees mornings and the scenic view with a cup of tea is amazing. Need to improve, Hot water was missing after calling multiple times they didn't fixed it, TV was not working they didn't even responded on the complaint. Food was delicious 😋 as it was hot and fresh.

This place is really good, away from all the disturbing noise with good view, most of the time foreigners stay here, this place also provides two wheeler on rent but make sure you carry your own water because they don’t give water in jugs you always have buy packaged water and always keep extra bottles for emergency. Overall amazing experience, you guys should visit this place.

hotel was nice at very peaceful environment but my kids face problem as there was no television working and they tried about 1 hour even manager and 4 to staff utilized there skills to get work done but not succeed .although every thing is good but parking space was not there and we have to park our car on the road around 400 meters from there. nothing ,except peacefulness

Overall nice stay. rooms r big n clean. bathroom are really gud. peaceful n green. It's 300 meter up on the hill so reaching there is difficult. elderly person avoid it. good for family n couples. oasis restaurant is overpriced. there is no intercom in the room , you need to place order through restaurant number.

This hotel has a wonderful ambiance. The rooms are tidy and well-kept. The staff is cooperative and polite. The only problem was the lack of hot water. It simply stops at any time, which might be annoying in the cold. The stay was fantastic overall. Laxman Jhula is walkable if you are someone who prefers walking.

Hotel is at nice location with lots of good restaurants nearby. The rooms are big and pretty decent. The entire staff was really helpful and professional. Their front desk manager Lokesh is very polite and highly professional. I would highly recommend the hotel. Staff were highly professional and modest.

I loved my stay. The view is amazing. although was a bit confused by the entrance but as i entered Swiss Cottage and Spa by Salvus premises i was just mesmerized by the view and location.Just one suggestion food delivery takes a lot of time. i hope it can be worked upon. In all a satisfactory experience.

serene and peaceful location with less expensive amenities. The most positive thing about this location is you get to eat nonveg food items as well which you might not get anywhere else in Rishikesh. Although Swiss Cottage and Spa by Salvus's restaurant is not at par in terms of food taste

Loved the stay ! Clean & spacious room with clean bathroom & toilet + excellent scenic location in the Tapovan area of Rishikesh! Premium rooms have a spacious sit-out next to rustic garden spread all over the property and overlooking surrounding hills. Highly recommended!

One cannot expect more than what we get here. The place has some of the best scenic views around , rooms are quite big and the staff is very helpful. we planned for a day and ended up staying here for 2 morePrivacy with some romantic corners to enjoy and rejuvenate

Everything is perfect except its situated at hilly area although auto and cars can reach top but not exextly till hotel. Stay is very comfortable and n offered early check in on request. Very calm and cool place full of peace... A perfect place to rejuvenate
