The St. Regis Goa Resort

The Leela, Goa is a top notch 5 Star Resort. Service standards are up to the mark. Rooms are spacious with artistic ambience. Cleanliness and hygiene can be observed everywhere, throughout the Resort. Attached balcony in the room has the most scenic view of lagoons full of lotuses. The entire resort is covered with lush green gardens & spice plantation. They offer so many facilities like Swimming pool with an artificial waterfall, Bicycle, Private beach, Golf course, Badminton & Tennis court, Yoga pavilion, Indoor games and much more. This is a perfect holiday destination. 1 or 2 days wouldn’t be enough to enjoy at this Resort. A minimum of 3 night stay will be ideal to experience all the wonderful facilities they offer. May it be at The Restaurant, Front Desk, Sports centre or at the beach, the Leela staff in all the departments are so courteous and helpful. The first and last impression was made perfectly by the security guards at the main gate, with their namaste with a big smile. Service offered by the staff here is unbeatable. Even when the property was so huge, their communication within different departments was flawless. Lastly, I would like to mention few names of staff members who were exceptional for their hospitality. Ms. Laxmi Verma from the concierge/ public relations met us many times in the Resort. At every instance she greeted us with a wonderful smile. She also helped us once, when the key card for the room was not working for some reason. I really appreciate her helping and cheerful attitude. Mr. Ashok, the Duty Manager is very accommodative. It was very kind of him to allow us a late check out on our day of departure. Ms. Mona at Front Desk was also of great help in extending our stay. Even at the time of check out she was there to get the feedback of our stay. This gave a personal touch to the fine hospitality. Mr. Caridade at The Restaurant is such a hospitable person. The service that he offered was excellent. Even though we were there for the buffet at The Restaurant, but Caridade always tried his best to serve us at our table. Ijaza at Sports Center is so polite and dedicated towards service. After a tiring game of Badminton he served us with chilled water and face towels immediately. While playing Tennis he also helped us collecting tennis balls. His efforts made our game play enjoyable. Mr. Asgar & Ms. Sandhya, the two wonderful voices for In-room Villa Dining offered us few dishes out of the menu. They were always ready to customize any dish as per our taste. The experience of dining in the room was also worthwhile with the exquisite service that was offered. Thank you for offering this wonderful experience “The Leela, Goa”.

Leela is a totally different experience all together- beautiful property worth exploring! Full of luxury and high clase experience. Buffet/ food no need to explain - totally beyond expectations. Room was pretty good too. However our room hd issue with hot water. We had to call everyday for that- hopefully they fix the issue permanently. Room Service is also kind of slow. They could improve games section and organize maybe live music for all the inhouse guests as the property is aloof. But the overall experience is just mesmerizing . Couple cycling, complimentary drinks and relaxing by the beach is just so peaceful. ThanKs Leela for the wonderful stay :)

No other hotels can be superior to Leela in terms of Ambience.Hats off to the polite staff and resort maintenance.Stayed there for 2 days along with my family.property is built in the lap of nature.Best part is that there is a kids area resembling a play school.Buggy services and airport transfers were at its best.we had our flight cancelled and so had to book for an early flight.Hotlier accepted early check in and late check out subject to the availability.Coming to the food,Chinese and sea food are at its best.Over all we had a beautiful experience.

it's the best resort in south Goa. I loved the hospitality totally. the resort is perfect for a holiday, mix of comfort and the beach is very clean, the resort is very huge and consists of pool bars, inside restaurants, the traveling baggies r available 24 7 for our comfort, the staff is very helpful and warm in nature the staff is very nice and I would like to mention miss lakshmi verma is in guest relations she is very helpful sweet and welcoming in nature. go for it guys you will totally love it. cheers

It was wonderful experience.We were greeted at the airport with bottle of water by staff and were given garlands at the entrance of hotel, beautiful views, spacious rooms nice food and a overall great experience. It was my husband birthday. Staff supported me to arrange the surprises private dinner on the beach. There arrangements were superb. Special thanks to Rahul for coordinating start to end. If you are looking to chill and relax in goa leela is best option. Thank you once for everything.

Amazing stay during the second week of September 19 Service is of the best class, right from the pick up from airport, check in till the drop back. Lavish buffet breakfast and dinners and very tasty with lot of varieties All the staff always greet with a big smile. The best part is the kids area known as Just Kids, Children just will have a great time in this place. Last but not the least private beach is also an amazing place to spend some quite time . All and all will love to visit again

The Leela property is spread across 75 acres of greenery whith spectacular sceneries and beautiful beach. The luxury is of very high standard and the servicing is top class too. We went to north Goa known for the clubs and the happening night lifes. And a stay at Leela relaxed us to heaven. Our pick up and drop was in BMW 7 series, can you imagine?

food, amenities and services were very good. but the front desk staff are quite rude and arrogant. For them customer satisfaction doesn't matters. Property is beautiful and well maintained but bit expensive. overall had a great holidays at leela. Property have many activities for kids . Beach side restaurant was best for dinning at night.

Everything at this place has exceeded our expectations. We wanted to celebrate our anniversary and rejuvenate our selves. Though bit expensive choose this place and it did not let us down. Arabian Ocean, Sal river and Lotus Ponds... Just wow. You get to three types of waters. And facilities are worth spending.

They are customer oriented hotel. From the time of check in where Zara and Puniya took great care to everyone serving breakfast ,high tea or dinner always came and checked on our requirements. Tilden in breakfast helped book restaurant and took great care at janavar restaurant. It's a great hotel.

The St. Regis Goa Resort the place and the ambience of the whole resort definitely gives you an unforgettable experience. The staff is really very cooperative and serve you with best kind of hospitality. Cant ask for more. We will surely remember this place and people around. The best one.

If you don't have a budget problem this is the place where you must stay in goa best resort in goa as I have been to goa many times and visited almost many other 5 star properties but trust me this is the best one beyond excellence must must visit food of zamavar Restraunt is excellent

Perfect place to relax and enjoy. Hospitality and services are incredible. Totally worth the price. Beach was so clean. There staff is very well trained. If you want to be in a comfortable surrounding where no one disturb you unnecessary, this is the place. 100%recommended.

Every thing was fine over there. All the facilities and management are well managed. Hotel is value for money. Service and all are totally perfect. Food is awesome there. Hotel is nicely located and well connected there. Nice accommodation and its a very clean property.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary here and we loved the hospitality and the service provided by The St. Regis Goa Resort so much that we didnt even wish to barge out of The St. Regis Goa Resort premises. The Leela has indeed made our stay a memorable one. Thank you

best place to stay in Goa.. with the world class service and beautiful location. you name it and you will have it. the susegoda cafe at the beach has the best cocktails which you can enjoy watching the most beautiful sundowner. rooms are just cosy and beautiful

Had a weekend getaway at the Leela Goa.the staffs were very warm and the place was just mind blowing . Everything was just so perfect.will cherish the time spent over Leela Goa forever.undoubtedly one of the best beach resorts of the country

the leela...only Name is enough. very good place..awesome beach...good amenities. room quality, food quality very good.. Pros: no free wifi!!!!!! 700 rupees charge per day... far away from city... so better for who r going to relax...

Had a great time at the leela.. Location is beautiful. It is built in a lagoon like setting in the sal river. Has some amazing restaurants and breakfast spread is huge. Though a bit over expensive.. Was a nice experience overall.

Hotel is good and stay was very beautiful. Satisfied what i have paid and what i have got. Hotel people are very nice and very co operative, provide an excellent service over there.Nice amenities and cleanliness are there.
