I had booked my stay in this hotel for my Anniversary Celebration but faced a pathetic experience. Even after my pre booking of a city view room with a king size bed I was asked to stay in a pool view room. After arguing for about 30 min I was given a city view room but with a twin bed. I kept calling the reception but did not get any response. I went to the reception for changing of the room but again I was denied. Overall nice stay. Dinner was ok but breakfast was good.Options are good in buffet menu. Rooms are clean and spacious and the city view is also good. Staff is also cooperative. Good 1 day staycation for a day out.

It was great but the only star i am not giving is because i dint liked the room. There was no carpet not wooden floor and as winter started and you step on the floor its chilled. I will recommend them to atleast add some carpet. I dono was it the only room without any floor carpet or wood flooring or their entire rooms are like that. Apart from that the service was good and u loved the food bith dinner and breakfast.

It was great and different experience. Moreover staff especially manager miss priya was very cooperative and full of etiquette. i had home away from home and there was protocol maintained due to corona. so altogether it was an amazing experience and safety of lady is very much taken care of, so you can stay and enjoy all alone too in a safe manner in there.

AC was not working in the executive broom's bedroom.All toilets are based on western concept means no water supply to clean . there is no dustbin in the main toilet.There should be water supply to with jug so that either Indian or foreigners can use toilet as per their choice and comfort.Washroom's door is not working properly.Rest everything is perfect.

It was a good staycation deal, inclusions made it totally worth it. Only hiccup was the confusion around charges for baby food which ideally should be free just like any other 5 stars.. Everything else was great! There was a wedding in the resort but we as guests did not feel any challanges due to it so great job there..

At The Westin Gurgaon right now. Room got upgraded to premium with pool view. Decor different from most of The Westin Gurgaons including Taj. Almost all required stuff is present in the room. Will mention about buffet breakfast once we have it.
