How do you get it?
- To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon as per aforementioned table in the E-Coupon field.
- The offer is valid on All days from 1st Sept to 30th Sept 2024 (between 0000 hours to 2359 hours).
- The offer is valid for bookings made on Goibibo's Website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App only.
- The offer is valid only on HDFC Bank EasyEMI bookings on Credit and Debit Cards.
- The offer is valid for 1 booking per card per month on domestic flights, throughout the offer period.
- The offer is valid for 1 booking per card per month on international flights, throughout the offer period.

What else do you need to know?
- For domestic flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance)
- For International flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance).
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through Goibibo wallet (goCash+ balance, rewards, etc.),3rd party wallets, Pay Pal, Gift card and net banking payments
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through HDFC Bank net banking.

Conditions in case of cancellation
- In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

Terms of the Offer
- GOIBIBO
- If the Cardholder doesn't receive the discount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for any discount.
- This offer is NOT applicable on HDFC Bank commercial cards and HDFC Bank Paytm Cards.
- Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Goibibo
- Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by HDFC Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by HDFC Bank to Goibibo, then the cardholder will need to approach HDFC Bank and Goibibo shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.
- Goibibo & HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- For any card related claims, the customer will need to approach the Bank. Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims.
- Goibibo is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms
- Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event will the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
- Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
- User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the Goibibo website will apply
- Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo shall not refund the booking amount.
- HDFC
- The offer is an instant discount and will be provided upfront at the time of purchase.
- HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
- HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner
- HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
- This Offer is made available to the Customers selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other offer
- If promo code is mentioned as part of the communication (please refer Offer details tab) then customer has to use the code to avail the offer; in case the code is not used Discount/ Cashback cannot be credited back to customer at a later date.
- Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

- If a card member has more than 1 (one) HDFC Bank Credit/Debit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member to qualify for the said offer.
- The above offer is by way of a special offer co-funded by the Bank & Merchant for select HDFC Bank Credit/Debit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
- All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
- Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from the posting date. After said date the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
- Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional Offer, may be borne by the Card Holder / winner.
